Dad- We drove to Kamekona in silence. Lissy was staring off into the distance not wanting to talk at all. I sighed knowing that she is mad and angry at me.
Lissy- I had many different mix emotions going through me. I felt angry, mad, sad, and hurt. I knew he didn't have a choice to go but still I wish I didn't have to be away from him. Maybe not...."Dad"?
Dad- "What is it"?
Lissy- "I was wondering if I could come with you"
Dad- "Where"?
Lissy- "On your mission. It could be like a vacation"
Dad- "Sorry Lissy but you can't come with me"
Lissy- "Why not"?
Dad- "Because it won't be safe for you"
Lissy- "Should've known that you would've said no"
Dad- "I said no for your protection Allyssa"
Lissy- "Yeah yeah..... whatever"
Dad- "Watch your attitude"
