We have Sebek x Silver

And for that... I brought out an old scrapped Au. Actually I wanted to debut with it in the wiring for this book(and Fandom). But then I got on board the merman Riddle idea and yeah...

Now we have it back! Yay!

Today we have:

Sebek x Silver
Emotion mark au

Now... For a short intro on it... It's like a Soulmate au, but with a twist.

In Which people are acquiring once they turn 15, a mark. Depending on the species of their Soulmate, the mark would vary and sometimes would change appearance. The thing is... If their Soulmate feels any kind emotion, the mark reacts. And based on how intense the emotion is, the mark spreads/changes color/glows or in rare cases of extreme condition(overblots, near death situations): it inflicts pain.

Now... Onto the plot: Silver never really gave thought to the mark from his wrist. Sometimes it would glow and sometimes it would spread on his arm, but silver rarely minded it, until one of his classmates(spoiler: it's not Kalim) brings it up that is a rare mark. So, curious about it, silver decided to ask his old man about it. Oh this boy would be in for a hell of investigation.

Now... Onto the marks!

Silver again fell asleep in class. By this point, the boy was frustrated he couldn't really pay attention to the lecture in favor of a nap. He tried his best to stay awake, but Trein's voice and Lucius's soft fur that brushed against his chin whenever the cat would pass before him, made silver to be entrapped in the sweet dreamland.

"Silver? You again fell asleep..." Kalim, his classmate and deskmate mused. "Are you alright?" he asked. "Yes... Just... Sleepy..." The boy yawned. By this point, Kalim has made a somewhat routine to have spare tissues in case of a drooling incident and also notes for him too. The fact that they were messy drawn was part 2 of it.

"Thank you, Kalim... I cannot seem to find any appropriate way to repay your kindness..." The boy mused. Kalim smiled. "You don't have to sweat it! We're friends!" The boy beamed. Silver faintly smiled. He was greatful for Kalim.

Silver also didn't fail to see the tattoo of a cobra that was twisting around the boy's skin, reaching for his neck. "Your soul mark..." He mused. Kalim widened his eyes. "I gotta go... Jamil was supposed to be at the dorm..." he mused as he rushed, silver hearing a faith scream of 'Jamil don't do arson in the dorm again!'. The boy gently shook his head.

He wished he would know who was responsible of the mark he had on his wrist. He wished to know why it was glowing or expanding at random times. He wished to put a name and a face to the one he was fated with. He wanted to at least touch them, to feel like he wasn't dreaming of an illusion that somebody will love him other than his dad.

But also, silver couldn't help but feel uneasy whenever his mark would respond. Was his fated lover already informed about him? And if it knew... Were they avoiding him? Silver had that looming fear in him.

"Ohh? It glows? Didn't that mean Fae, silver?" one of his classmates asked. "Don't be silly... Last time it covered hi whole arm. It must be human..." another rebutaled. Silver hummed.

"It does both..." The boy replied. The two bickering students were stunned for a bit. "Ehh? That's new! And really rare! You got lucky, silver! It's easier to track down." they congratulated the boy.
