Sum Sebek Scenario And Book 7 Spoilers :3

So... O-O;

I got a request from an anon on tumbrl. So because I couldn't really put it into a oneshot due to brain juices working wrong...

Well... We have this! :3

Anyway! It will be a bit short, but it's a more simple scenario... So keep that in mind.

Smol note: sum spoilers for chapter 6 and 7... So... Yep :/

Without further ado! Onto the explanation format. :3

Ok... So NRC like normal... Except that suddenly, Sebek went to Crowley with some papers.

The thing about those papers was that they were actually permissions slips. Crowley raises a brow at them, because how come they are for such a short period of time(a few days), plus they were missing Malleus's signature as dormleader.

So Crowley brings them to a dorm leader meeting, the papers already signed by him and everything, telling one of the Dormheads to give these to Malleus to also sign them. (they forgot to invite him again :'3)

So Azul looks over the papers. They needed the signature of one Dormhead, not necessarily diasomnia Dormhead, so he suggests to just sign them here, right now, just to get it done for.

Kalim signs the papers and Crowley got another thing off his shoulders. :3

Although, the rest of the Dormheads get curious, since those papers were for Sebek. SEBEK! the guy never leaves Malleus's side like... At all!

Cue Kalim asking Lilia about it at a club meeting. He really was curious, since at the motive bracket on the forum it was written 'important matters'. For a hot minute, Kalim assumed that Lilia, Silver or Malleus also had their own slip for the same period.

Shockingly, Lilia said that only Sebek made that slip request. No one knew why, but Lilia does mention that back, before NRC, Sebek would suddenly ditch training for a few days. It's always the same dates, so Lilia confirms that they are the exact dates the slip was signed for.

Cater asks if Lilia isn't worried for where tf Sebek goes. Lilia admits that no one really questioned it. They just couldn't find Sebek at all during that period of time. It's like he was shallowed by the earth.

Lilia actually starts to question where Sebek goes. Like it isn't normal to just dissappear for a few days, give literally no sign of life, then come back like nothing happened.

So from Lilia, the concern is passed to Silver, who shares it with Riddle and Kalim, and Malleus, who woes about it to Azul and Idia.

On Silver's side, Riddle expresses how maybe Sebek had something coming up at that period of time and he would rather not talk about it. Kalim told Silver to believe in Sebek. If he did for so many years, it should mean that he will return just as how he does every time.

On Malleus's end, Azul says that he is used to Floyd and Jade just going deadbeat sometimes. It is very normal for people to have something coming up that makes them unavailable. Idia just says that he always knows where Ortho is, but not the same can be said vice versa sometimes and Ortho would nag Idia about it. Malleus does ask Idia about what is his period of going no life sign and Idia explains that he goes every year on the day of the incident, to mourn the real Ortho, who died then. His parents also do this and it's a way of coping with it, without making the present Ortho feel like a replacement. They just don't tell robo ortho because they expect he might feel bad or guilty about it.

And Malleus has a revelation moment: What if Sebek never told them about it because he expects to be something that might hurt them!

He brings this revelation to Silver and Lilia, who both take it as the truth and the 3 decide to just confront Sebek about it.

Except that they are too late, as already Sebek left, luggage and everything.

Welp... Maybe you should wait and confront Sebek after?

So Crowley is slapped in the face with 3 permission slips already signed and all that as Lilia, Silver and Malleus decide to go to Briar valley and head towards the Zigvolt residence.

Mrs Zigvolt answers them along the other 2 siblings Sebek had. Malleus does ask of where Sebek is because they couldn't find him at all (and he also asked Idia to locate his phone, which pointed to the Zigvolt residence).

Mrs Zigvolt invited them at some tea and found it amusing that the 3 didn't knew about it. Especially Lilia!

Apparently, since Mr Zigvolt and Baul happened to share the same birthday, Mrs Zigvolt invented this silly tradition where these 2 would go fishing at a nice, quiet location. When Sebek was born, he was so clingy to his papa and grandpa that he got tagged along and now it's these 3's tradition.

Sebek usually brings gifts for the 2, which they open there. And every year, the location changes. Mrs Zigvolt chooses it and arranges for it as her personal gift. Lilia did send a letter with his birthday wishes for Baul every year, but he didn't realise these 3 went deadbeat every year jsut to go fishing.

Mrs Zigvolt realises that maybe the 3 must've called for Sebek, so she says that Sebek forgot his phone at home, when he stopped by to pick up Baul and Mr Zigvolt.

The Dia 3(name borrowed from sbk_zgvlt) do ask where the 3 went. Mrs Zigvolt says that she would like it to keep it secret, but she said that this year, she chose a place with a lot of salmons.

Just imagine Sebek in between Baul and his father on a small boat, in the middle of a quiet lake. Yep... That sounds like one hell of a birthday. :'3

Well, just ask expected, Sebek comes back to NRC as usual, like nothing happened. That's when Dia 3 kind of get their chance to confront Sebek about why he went missing. They pretend they didn't know and told Mrs Zigvolt to also not tell Sebek about their visit, so they could confront Sebek properly about it.

And surprisingly, Sebek tells them straightforward where he was and what he did. No awkwardness, no delay, no nothing! Even so, he looked proud about it.

And you know, logically, Lilia, Malleus and Silver would inquire on why they didn't know up until now about it. Like it's something not that important that Sebek made it look like some cryptic thing.

Sebek tells them that they just had to ask. He thought Baul told Lilia about it. Like, it's not something that secret... It's pretty well known in the neighborhood about it. And he actually told it to the first years when they asked about it.

The first years just didn't tell anyone bc it was like... Something very trivial for them. It wasn't groundbreaking. Also no one asked them about it, so why tell if it wasn't necessary?

Sebek also didn't enjoy that they thought his lil family tradition as something 'not that important'. It was important for him tho, please respect it. :v

What diasomnia didn't know was that Sebek talked a lot about the first years too while on the b-day escapade, so now Baul and Mr Zigvolt were both curious to meet these chaotic bunch. So next year, all of the first years group were invited.

Just... Imagine that kind of chaotic event that would be :v

And that would be!

I'm sorry that it turned out so short... But brain juices went dead atm and they are all fixating where they don't need to :'v
