So this is a two in one. I combined my ideas together so now we have this. Enjoy?

As Moondrop did his usual patrol, he noticed movementin the dark, out if the corner of his eye.

He heard sniffles from that same area, and decided to go to the child. "What's the matter, little one?" He asked, and the upset child faced him, tears pouring down their face.

"I-i had a nightmare, s-sorry..." You apologize, but he sighs, sitting down and gently stroking your hair. "There, there, I'm not mad... You have a reason for being up..." He breathed out.

"What was the nightmare about?" He asked. "I can't remember now, but... I think it was about getting stuck in thr climbing frames and never being found..." You reply, and he hugs you. "Don't worry, that's never happen... I'd never allow it..." He said.

Something in Moondrop spoke, irritatated. "Us. We'd never allow it." He didn't say this aloud, but while you weren't looking he rolled his eyes, responding. "Fine, whatever, us." His twin could be so annoying.

He rocked you back and forth gently, humming the tune of "you are my sunshine". You yawned, now tired, but didn't want Moon to leave, afraid you'd have another nightmare.

He began to let go of you, saying softly "it's time you rest, yes..mrest your little head..." But you clung to him. "Please stay, I'm scared..." You give him your best puppy eyes, even pouting. How can he say no to such a convincing child?

He sighed for the second time, laying down as you clambered onto his chest, hugging him. He stroked your hair, humming again, as you gradually fell asleep.

Once he was sure you were fast asleep and wouldn't wake, he slipped from your grasp.

"Goodnight, little one."

----

Parents had come to collect their children, each leaving one by one.

You were sat on the playmat, messing around with some blocks and waiting for your mum. Sure, she could be busy with your other siblings, but then maybe she'd send dad to get you?

There were ten kids in the daycare left, then five, the two, then one.

And that last one was you. Sundrop seemed to notice no one had came to collect you, he skipped over. "Hello, little one! Seems your parents are a little late, huh?" He said, quieter than you've ever heard him before.

You shake your head, "this has happened before. If you notify someone that I'm still here, they'll alert everyone and hopefully my parents will still be in the building." You say.

It's a but sad that this has happened five times, and your parents care for you, but-

Well, since you'd been left five times before they were notified, you're pretty sure they want you gone.

Sundrop skipped off, doing what you asked probably, and you heard a voice boom all around. You cover your ears, trying to remember what a system like that was called. Oh, right! A tannoy!

"Parents of Y/N, please report to front desk immediately." It repeated itself before cutting off, the usual upbeat music coming on now. Sunny skipped back to you. "While we wait, want to play a game?" He asked, and you nod.

"Hide and seek!" You clap your hands as you announce the game, and he smiles wider (if that's possible). "I'll count, you hide!" Sun says, and turns away to count.

You bolt for the play area, the one with bars. You can't remember the name for it right now.

You wind around colourful corners, hiding at the very back and breath quietly. Oh, the perks of living in an angry household. You were never hit, nothing like that, but your mum and dad often fought. Sometimes, you wanted to hear what they were saying, so you crept down and hid.

The more often you did that, the easier it was to breath quietly.

You made no sound, you didn't even giggle when you heard Sunny yell "here I come!" And skip around, the bells on his feet jingling. You forgot entirely about your parents, now focusing on winning this game of hide and seek.

Five minutes pass.

Ten minutes pass.

You can hear Sundrop get frantic.

Fifteen minutes pass.

You move spots successfully, now harder to find.

At the twenty minute mark, Sundrop gives up, admitting defeat. You emerge from your hiding spot, "so close to getting me as well." He had his back turned, jumping at the sound.

Spinning around, he saw you. "Now, where on earth did you go?!" He yelled, now less anxious he knew where you were. You smile, "why would I reveal that? It just teaches you where I hide." And giggle at his face. "Yes, I suppose you're right..." He said.

You grab his hand, trying to drag him to the arts and crafts table. "Alright, alright, let's go to arts and crafts!" He says, walking over to the table with you.

You're still holding hands.

You try to take your mind off of it (this is so becoming one of those child crushes children can get, isn't it?) But the more you try, the more you focus in the warmth his hand emits.

Finally, he lets go, sitting on a chair. You sit opposite him. He stares at you, waiting for you to pick up paper and draw. You grab a piece of paper, some colours that resemble the animatronic in front of you, and began to draw.

He smiled, doing the same.

After a while, you announce you've finished yours, and Sunny asks for just a few minutes more. You wait in comfortable silence.

"Done!" He says, and agree that in the count of three you'd show each other your works. His was a stick figure of you, hat looked very detailed, but in it's own special way. Yours, for such a short time, was beautifully designed and detailed.

As a child of just seven, your artitsitc skills were no joking matter.

You yawn, muttering something about sleeping, and laying your head down in the desk, sleeping instantly.

Sun stares at you, at your drawing, and smiles wider, if that's possible. He thought something even Moon could agree with.

You are definitely a keeper.

_________

Hello! I hope that wasn't terrible!

Also, yes, I thought it'd be funny if I put in the child crush thing. Sun and Moon just think you're a great kid and definitely one of their favourites, and then there's you having a non-sensically crush on robots.

Um so I have another idea, but that may take a little while to get out, so please bear with me.

Thank you, bye!
