{TW//suicide}

His caramel blonde hair swayed in the winter night wind. His feet, rooted to the roof's edge, shifted his weight in anticipation for what he was about to do. His crystal blue eyes that once resembled a clear ocean others took comfort in now dimmer, and ocean clouded and darkened, tainted by his sadness. The tears flowing from them seemed to freeze in their tracks as he leant forward, over the edge. The freezing air relentless, he watched, powerless, as the concrete rushed upward to meet him. Like it wanted to hug him. Like it wanted to help. He smiled, letting his eyes slip shut as the pain pulsated through his head for just a minute, and the warm red blood dripped from the open wound, soiling the ground.

......

......

Dark.

Peace.

Fear.

Help was no where.

Did he want help?

No.

No?

No, he was content here. In this darkness.

But it's dark, and there's nothing but dark. There's no escape.

That didn't matter, he got what he wanted.

Did he?

Yes, he did.

.....

.....

.....

No.

No?

This isn't what he wants anymore.

Too bad. He made his choice.

No! He isn't sitting here, in this limbo, forever!

Too bad. He made his choice.

Fine.

......

.....

.....

Light.

Fear.

Pain.

Beeping.

He's opening his eyes...

The room's lights were blinding, not helping his killer headache. It hurt him to move, and so he didn't. He laid there, taking in as much as he could without moving. There were lights. The walls were painted blue. He was in some kind of hospital. Finally, he mustered up the energy to attempt sitting up, which he failed almost instantly. He sighed, settling for just looking.

He had tubes and wires coming out of his arms, and seemed to be wearing one of those hospital gowns. So, he was correct, it WAS a hospital then.

His mind wandered, wandered back to the darkness...

A beep made him jump, and he sighed. Probably shouldn't think about that empty space for a while... he yawned, deciding to fall back asleep.

Mark slammed the hospital door open, bolting up to the front desk. The lady sat behind it jumped, and watched the man with a concerned stare. Mark's chest heaved as he tried regaining his breath.

"S-sorry for barging i-in... I'm here for- for my brother... Sammy d-drop..." He said, and the woman nodded, typing on her computer. "You must be Mark drop then, correct?" She asked, not looking up from her screen. He nodded, then remembered she wasn't looking. "Yes, yes that's- that's me.." he finally got out.
