when internships started endeavours pure focus was on ensuring his own son, tried and fix their relationship and prove to be a great mentor

during this time he had also taken on two other students, ones of which shoto deemed as his "best friends"

he didn't care for them much other than having incredible quirks, he found the blond to be aggressive and rude and the green-haired student to be well a bit of a crybaby

again they had good quirks and proved to be capable of being good heroes in the making

then there came a final addition to 1-A student interactions

hawks had a bit of a fixation with the flamed number 1 and so he followed him everywhere

with an extra addition of his own little intern

this intern however endeavour found more interesting, he had a great quirk, a mighty powerful one at that that could possibly even go into combat with his own sons

and unlike his manchild mentor, he was well more reserved, calm and thoughtful

he hadn't expected to see so much of the little raven nor grow fond of him

hawks annoying as he was would sometimes surprise drop him at his doorstep due to a "personal reason" leaving endeavour to mentor the bird himself

and surprisingly he didn't mind it as much in the beginning

he was a nice little addition to the team, especially with how much shoto got along with him and even after the internship was over would invite him over for lunch or dinner to which the other todoroki's did not seem to mind

his daughter and other son also seemed to enjoy the raven's presence

endeavour found the raven sometimes joining the family game nights....the ones he wasn't invited to but deep down glad to see his son actually laughing for once and having someone his age to talk to

and that's what caused endeavour to go down hawks agency with an idea set in mind

"eyy endeavour!" hawks began with surprise, quickly pushing the papers to the side

"what brings you to my nest?" hawks questioned with interest, this being the very few times endeavour would intentionally go to find the red-winged hero

"I've come here to ask something from you" endeavour began as he walked closer to the desc

"oh?" hawks said in more surprise and wonder

"I wish to take up your intern tokoyami fumikage" endeavour stated, getting to business

"oh" hawks let out, but this time much dangerously

"I simply ask because I believe that he would benefit from my guidance" endeavour continued in hopes to convince the other

"Are you saying he isn't gaining that from me," hawks asked defensively

"of course not, but a new perspective would be good for him, and you do seem to drop him off with me much more recently so wouldn't it be better for him to have someone a bit more reliable

"I appreciate your help endeavour, but I already had to fight of fatgum away from my baby bird, and as much as I love you an all, not even you can take little Tsukuyomi away from me, bird of a feather you know, and besides when has the world of heroing ever been reliable" hawks explained, his voice friendly but slanted eyes of danger
