Chapter 27: Niall's POV

I had finally done it. I made a move. She may have not realized it though. Having her in my arms earlier at the golf course made my heart beat faster. I smiled as I layed back down, my head resting on my pillow.

When I woke up, I woke up to her singing. I missed her singing. We used to always sing to each other.

**FLASHBACK**

"I don't know what to do Ni! He's gone." Delilah said softly as I held her in my arms. We had just found out about her father.

"It will be okay, I promise." she doesn't reply. I start playing with her hair as she cries into my shoulder. I knew this was hard for her. She and her dad were very close.

I twist a piece of her hair in my fingers and kiss the top of her head. She sits up and smiles.
