I think that working out is a very good thing to do regularly, or at least sometimes. It really does improve your strength and also gives your body a lot of definition and tone. As a dancer, this is something we are expected to do. We mostly need to work on our abs, but I like to do bum and legs as well as I have very bad genetics for fat in those areas.

So here's my workout routine that I like to do on a regular basis.

-not any warm clothes on
-hair in a ponytail or bun
-no makeup
-a flat surface

💞50 bike twists (ya know)

💞20 push ups
💞rest (longer one)
💞stretch out your abs
💞30 burpies
💞rest
💞50 donkey kicks on each leg
💞rest
💞30 burpies
💞rest
💞switch lunges (30)

oh my god, that is literally too many reps to be doing at 16 years old! At 19, that looks like a good challenging workout for me, but when you're 16, you should not be doing that huge amount of reps. I was a bit crazy back then doing these workouts, when I could've still got an amazing body without doing as much.

If you want to do this workout, I would change all the reps to half the amount, then see if you can do more, please take this advice because trust me, if you do all these reps, you will become so sore and fatigued that you won't keep up with it!!
