This is probably one of the most common things girls want to achieve over the break.
You're probably thinking "workout everyday" but, it actually doesn't need to be like that.
Getting a good body requires more than just doing a workout. You need to balance out that workout with exercise and healthy food choices.
So body isn't just about scheduling a workout everyday, it's about changing your lifestyle and getting fit.
So over the break, I suggest setting like 2-5 days of working out really intensely. But seriously you do not have to do it everyday. Sometimes your body needs a break and to balance out that break, you do exercise.
Some effective but fun exercises to do during the holidays is-
🌸walking your pet
🌸walking with a friend
🌸walking with a family member
🌸riding your bike
🌸swimming
🌸shopping (but not by itself)
🌸playing sport in your backyard
🌸playing sport in the park
🌸playing on the playgroundAlso it's really good to start having good eating choices. Try and have a more healthy lunch and snacks. Some easy and yummy healthy snack ideas are:
🍎fruit salad
🍎wrap with lettuce and other
🍎bananas and honey
🍎grapes in a bowl
🍎yoghurt with granola and berriesAlso your body isn't going to thank you if you're just lounging around all day. Sure, it's the holidays. relax all you want, but don't be lazy.
Be active and do outdoor activities to always be burning your body fat.
And if you're working out, don't waste your time on those long workouts that don't really do anything. Do the really painful and hard ones to get a better outcome.
Trust me it's not worth doing those pointless ones.So there you go
If you want a workout routine
