💞that's me in the pic above💞

Hai guys!

This is something that not only dancers can get tips from but anyone because back flexibility is very important for everyday things plus a variety of other sports such as yoga, gymnastics, limbo (haha) and other everyday things like Bending over.

Recently I've been wanting to improve my back flexibility so I can work on more of those things like my scorpion and stuff. I've only been doing these things for 2 weeks now and I've already improved so much.

So I thought I might as well share it with you guys as it was very effective for me in just 2 weeks, I'm sure it'd be great for you guys too.

Leave a comment telling me if you tried any of these out!

Stretches to improve my back-

💞normal stretch
💞cobra stretch
-with this stretch push up with two hands, then one and then try no hands-
💞circle stretch (made it up)
-you basically sit up on your knees which are about shoulder width, and you basically lean backwards as if you're doing like a bridge kind of but the objective is to get your head into your legs.
💞bridge
-in your bridge try these things:
--straighten your legs
--lengthen out your shoulders
--out one leg in the air
--go on your shoulders
--walk your hands closer to your feet
••please be careful while in your bridge as you are usually a bit unsure of your surroundings, so clear some space before doing it••
💞do the cobra again and bend your legs and try to touch your head with your toes.
-push yourself closer to your toes with your hands-
- if you can get a partner to help you in all of these stretches that will make them much more effective and it will be easier to push yourself further into the stretch-

And there you have it here are some basic back flexibility stretches that you can do to improve your back flexibility for your hard moves in dance or acro and also for your everyday life.
