Dear Diary,

Ben's trial is finally done with, which makes me appreciate the efficiency of Wizarding Egypt.

To my horror, however, Mione has decided that seeing the desert wasn't enough and that we have to go see the sub-Saharan region... So here I am, in a helicopter, about to jump into the middle of the jungle, because parachuting is also part of this 'fully immersive experience' Mione booked us. By Merlin's beard, I must really love my wife...

On another note, before our departure, Mione and I had a surprise visit to our hotel room. Twenty desert elves came to see us, and actually knocked on the door! They came to thank us for putting a stop to Reema's schemes with presents. To me, they gave me a set of six throwing knives and a holster to carry three on one side of my ribs and the other behind one of my hips. To Mione, they gave a shemagh which they promised would keep her from ever having a sunburn ever again.

That night, we shared our meal with them and traded stories of Dobby for knowledge of their people. I had a lot of fun, to be honest.

Oh well, I'm about to jump, so I'll write to you later I guess.
