Dear Diary,
Turned out that the opportunity Lamark was talking about was to become part of the security detail of the ICW's representative at the UN! Lamark was indeed promoted from Senior Agent to head of security and asked me to enter the selection program.
I've just received the results, and turns out that I was selected! Mione gave me the best congratulatory gift ever too, so there's that too.
The kids are doing great, turning out to be some kind of genius. I'm pretty sure they'll be talking about nuclear physics in a few years and I'll try to follow the conversation and feel right back in Hogwart when Mione was talking with one of her classmates from Runes or Arithmancy.
Also, Ron is basic training right now and the few words we heard from him made me laugh, as he spent most of it cursing Britain's Auror Program for making him soft. My wife doesn't share much of what she does, but she told me that she made a breakthrough, so I'm happy for her.
