"Will you and your big head please calm down."
"Yoongi your job is to help me so if you're going to sit there and insult me at least do it properly." Namjoon snapped back, continuing to pace up and down his room that he had given for the day.
As if time couldn't fly quick enough, it was now the big day, where Namjoon and Sung were finally getting married, however how they were coping was bi-polar.
They could deal with everything else and not feel the slightly nervousness compared to now, but the mere thought of getting married had finally hit them, overwashing them with nerves that weren't going anywhere, well for one of them, Sung being the person she is was strong, she had sorted herself even if a certain someone hadn't.
If Namjoon was full of nerves, ready to shit himself any minute now and he still had another half an hour before he had to be present down in the hall below, Sung was the complete opposite, sitting carelessly in her chair, dressed elegantly in her dress that she had previously chosen, only a few weeks before, which to her luck managed to stay hidden from her fiance despite her doubts.
"In all seriousness how the fuck are you so calm?" Pam questioned, sitting oppositely, both of them sipping on their champagne as they gossiped, talking as if there wasn't a wedding taking place at all.
"Well, Honestly I think the moment I realised when I parted with Namjoon a couple of days ago and saw how nervous he actually was, I just turned everything off and became numb like I used to be so there was at least one of us held together." she hummed back, swirling her drink around her glass being careful to not let it spill over the top onto her dress, her drink swirling becoming a new habit.
"You know, before Namjoon introduced you, I think like everyone I only knew you from the news and how they blamed you for everything." Pam says cautiously, they always had a thing of saying what they wanted and not getting offended, however talking so deeply into her past, seemed.... Fragile.
"Understandable, back then I was blamed for everything, and as my father ran away from the day it happened until I began to get my life together, I was the only they could find to blame for it, that's all they wanted someone to blame and put everything on, which is how my reputation shattered in seconds, I went from being invisible to being the utter outcast of everywhere I went." She sighed, looking down at the floor, knowing if she was going to spill her truth she couldn't make eye contact, she'd break down and she did not have the time to clean herself up.
"How did you even survive because you don't work or anything, and your father doesn't seem like he's the kind to give you heaps of money to survive with basics on?"
"He did, I got twenty a week, so I survived on that, and if I ran out well, let's say I did go hungry a few times." She confessed, putting her glass down as she began to straighten her stiffened back, cracking her knuckles as she did so.
Having no other friends than the boys, aka Bangtan, it was just her and Pam, Pam being the maid of honour as she was the only bridesmaid, the only woman she had in her life that she could actually speak to.
However before Pam could even respond, Jungkook came barging through the door looking rather startled, both of their eyes widening at the state he was in his suite that was matching their dresses, joining Sung leaving Namjoon to stand at the front with the others, not having enough room for him down the front anyway.
"Fuck's wrong with you?" Sung asked, eyeing him up and down as he straightened his blazer back up.
"Nothing, I just needed to escape all the mayhem that was taking place down the hall." He sighed, shutting the door before crashing on a spare seat, throwing his head back.
If all of Namjoon and his groomsmen were in blue matching suits, Jungkook's was the anomaly, being a light shade of pink to match Pam's dress, as they were both going to be following Sung down the aisle in front of everyone, as Hoo-woon had decided to invite everyone he could possible know, claiming it was going to be one of the biggest events in the business after and for a long time.
If only he knew.
"I;m guessing everything down there is the complete opposite of us right now." Pam questioned, smirking at Sung who was just living her best life, if anything she thought she would have been in the most mess, apparently not, oh how this man just kept surprising her.
"It's like a werewolf has been let loose. I'm not gonna lie, he's pacing up and down that room as if it's the last thing left." Kook explains, resting on his knees, enjoying the calm and peace of this end of the hall.
"I knew that boy was going to lose it at some point but come on now." Pam laughs, placing her finished glass on the table next to her.
"Tell him he's got ten minutes until he's meant to be down there so he needs to get himself together or Hoo-woon will never let it go, or even better send him down now to talk to people." Sung orders, watching Jungkook groan, wanting to stay in this piece than go back to the zoo.
However quickly complying when he sees her face, rushing out of their room back to where he could still hear Jin's voice commanding Namjoon to think straight, a basic movement he was struggling to do.
"This will be interesting."
