Venus sighed after seeing the comments on Matt's recent. Maybe they're right, she thought, maybe I am too ugly to be hanging out with them. She thought Matt was perfect the day she met him but she knows that she isn't, maybe that's the problem. She went silent after that.
"V, don't let those comments get to you," Matt said quietly.
"How did you know I was thinking about that?" she questioned.
"Cause i would be too if i were you, just know they're not true and that they're just insecure and jealous that your so pretty," he said the last part slipping out. She turned her head to look at him, they stared into each other's eyes for what felt like an eternity. She smiled at him.
"You think I'm prettyyyy?" she teased. He rolled his eyes playfully.
"Don't get too gassed now," he laughed.
She couldn't stop smiling and just snuggled closer into him, resting her head on his neck whilst he drew pictures with his finger on the back of her hand. They stayed like this for an hour until the movie ended and she had fallen asleep, her head fell to his chest half way through and he kissed her forehead goodnight. All six of them fell asleep on the couches. They may have only met a day ago but they all felt so safe as if they've all been best friends for years.

So i got a bit carried away and wrote like 6 more chapters after this
but is it bad that i feel uncomfortable to carry it on because of what the boys said in their youtube video. Idk i just feel uncomfy like ik im not putting anything bad in this book but still.
