Aidens pov

Azalea has been staying at my house for the whole last week but she's been checking on her mom every day.
I know it's hard for her but I've been with her every time.

I'm currently watching her work her ass off, at my brothers Café.
And I'm waiting for her shift to be over because I have to ask her something.

I also can't stay away from her anymore.
The more time I spend with her, the worse it gets.

So I'm sitting here, watching over her like a hawk.
The looks the fratz boys are sending her, are not to my liking at all.

Finally she exits the Café, and I can't even describe the feeling I get, when her eyes light up as she sees me.

"Hey Aiden."

"Hello Az." I kiss her cheek. "Do you wanna go eat something?" I'm pulling the food card because I know she'd never say no to food.
I know, I'm horrible.

She raises one eyebrow, "out with it. What do you need from me?"

"Is it that obvious? I've already bought you food lots of times!"

"I know you better than you think Mister stalker." Not that again.

"Well?"

"Of course you can buy my food?!" She looks at me like I'm dumb.

I give her the second helmet and she frowns at it.

"This is not what I think it is right?"

"A helmet with a bomb built in, that I'm gonna let off as soon as it's on your head."

"Ha. ha. ha."

"Just get on." I say already on my bike.
It's my baby, and I don't think she realizes, that not one person besides me was ever allowed on it.
She gets on behind me and I put her arms securely around me.

I try not to think about the way, her breasts are pressed against my back.

Concentrate Aiden!

Maybe this wasn't such a good idea.

"You okay? Come on! I'm ready." She says enthusiastically and goddamnit I could kiss her.

I start driving and feel her arms tightening around me.
I'm enjoying it far too much to have her this close.

After about five minutes I feel her arms loosening a little.
And I'm confident she's finding as much peace in this as I do.
It's sort of my escape.
Just driving.
Driving with no destination.
The wind on your cheeks.
The adrenaline when you're going much too fast.

I love it.

When we arrive at the restaurant I help her off the bike and take her helmet off.

The smile hiding under it, makes my heart beat faster.

I take her hand and lead us to an empty table.

We both start eating and I decide it's now or never.
"So you met my father recently and I wanted to tell you why he was there. And I maybe need your help with something."
She nods her head as if to say 'go on'.
