"pizza's good," jaehyun smiled, as taeyong walked into the staff room. their breaks were at the same time now, which neither of them complained about, "like, really good."
taeyong smiled with a nod, "thanks," he laughed, taking the other slide of cold pizza, "i've made better though."
jaehyun just laughed, as taeyong sat next to him.
they were alot more comfortable now, but due to taeyong's post last night, there was some weird, unneeded tension between them.
the problem was, jaehyun was the type to deny everything. he would deny any romantic feelings towards someone if he liked them, until they'd give up.
yuta would tell him he wouldn't get anywhere if all he did was deny everything, but he had the biggest fear of rejection.
he was aware of it, but ignored it.
which is why he commented what he did.
a kiss wouldnt ruin their friendship, but god forbid taeyong knew he agreed.
"you good?"
taeyong nodded, nibbling at the pizza.
jaehyun noticed, and became concerned, "what's up?"
"huh?"
"the pizza. you're just nibbling it."
"i dont know why i picked it up. i already ate and now i'm regretting it," taeyong laughed with a groan, admitting the truth to jaehyun, who sighed with relief, "you want it?"
"not know you've nibbled it!"
"oh, rip it off," taeyong laughed, as jaehyun took the pizza from him. he bit straight into it, contradicting his past statement, "or not."
"wha- bu- right-" taeyong spluttered, grabbing his phone and falling against the wall. jaehyun giggled at the boy, before eating the pizza completely and facing him.
"hang out with me later."
"hm?"
"come to my place," jaehyun smiled, sipping his coffee, "yuta might be there but we can hang again."
"damn, you wanna hang out with me so much," taeyong teased, "you in love with me or something?"
"do you want me to be?"
to which taeyong didnt answer, once again making jaehyun laugh
"so?"
"yeah.. i'll come over," taeyong sighed, his body language small and condensed, "just because you asked nicely.."
jaehyun smiled, standing up before ruffling the boy's hair and laughing, "ah... cute."
taeyong wanted to explode into millions of tiny pieces.
