Arguments.

( Colby has an argument with his 15 year old daughter)

( Colby is a single dad pretend he's older than he actually is because otherwise the ages won't make sense)

3rd POV

"Dad can I go to a party" Sierra asked colby with an innocent smile.

"no. Not after the email from your school I just had." colby said blankly scrolling through his emails.

"email?" Sierra asked as if she didn't know exactly what he was on about.

She got sent out of 3 classes and cursed at 5 teachers.

"Don't play dumb Sierra. Sent out of Woodwork, religious studies and English and you cursed at 5 fucking teachers"  He stood up
"That's bullshit. I enjoy all of those lessons. Dad that's not fair I didn't do anything you can't just not let me go" she argued

"I fucking can I'm your dad" He said firmly

"mom would let me go"  she muttered

"Go ask your fucking mom then i don't care" Colby shut his laptop

It always hurt colby when Sierra said that her mom would let her do something. It made him feel like he wasn't good enough but with that Sierra went upstairs on the phone.

*4 hours later *

Colby walked upstairs to speak to Sierra

"Sierra? Can I come in" He knocked on the door.

No response

"Sierra? Please can I come in" He knocked again before opening the door..

To no Sierra

"Oh fuck-" He ran out the door and ran to his phone and clicked sierras contact

"Hey this is Sierra brock leave a message I probably won't listen to it though"

Colby started to panic.

He ran out the door and ran down the street to sams house where kat answered

"Is Sierra here?" colby spoke quickly.

Kat shook her head in confusion

"She went to the party with lucas didnt she?" colby shook his head

"I told her she wasn't fucking allowed is Sam here?" colby asked

"Yeah he just dropped them off and just got back"

Sam then walked to the door

"Whats going on?" He said

Colby eyes started to water "I just had a fucking panic attack I told Sierra she was fucking grounded and went to tell her she was allowed to go to the party cus I felt bad for yelling at her she wasn't home and I just found out she went to thr fucking party anyways.." colby spoke

Sam made an o with his mouth

" She said you were just busy that's why you weren't taking her-I'm sorry colby I didn't realise. I should've called you first "

It was 11pm and Sam colby and kat were sat in sams house when all of a sudden colby and sams phone rung at the same time.

"This is colby brock speaking how may i help?"

"This is Sam golbach what can I do for you" they said at the same time hearing the same message come through on there phone

"Were here with Sierra Brock and Lucas Golbach at Calabasses County police station we need you to come and get them please" the 2 voices said.

"Well be there in 10 minutes" colby said as they both hung up the phone and got in sams car

They got to the police station walked in and saw the two 15 year olds sat in the waiting room

"Bit of de ja vu" Sam joked trying to make colby laugh a bit but failed.

"Hi Father of Sierra brock"  colby stated.

"Sign here please she was found drinking underage as she's under 18 there will be no charge but a warning." the officer said as colby signed the paper and Sierra was allowed to come over to him

"DAD" She ran and hugged him

"Sierra" He hugged her tightly.

Lucas and Sam did the same thing.

They all got in the car

"Were sorry.." Sierra and lucas said at the same time.

"We can't be mad at you. We'd be hypercrits" Sam said

"You haven't been arrested?" Sierra said quietly. Colby laughed

"When we were 22 we got arrested for YouTube." Colby said with a little laugh

"No fucking way our dad's got arrested" lucas said in disbelief.

"video is on my chanel on what happened while I was in jail, we can watch it later" colby suggested as Sam hmmed in agreement

"Sierra I'm not mad at you about getting arrested I'm mad because you went to the party without my permission and if you had done what you were told you'd know I came upstairs to tell you that you could go to it because I felt bad" Colby explained gripping the steering wheel

"I'm sorry dad.." She said sadly
Colby nodded as if to say it's alright when they pulled up to sams house.

"white claw?" Sam asked

Colby nodded again setting up the TV to watch the video with the two youngers.

Sam and colby both opened a can as the video started playing

"in all honesty I had to watch like 5 of tanas videos because... I have no idea how to do story time videos, But as you can see from the title this is what happened while I was arrested, behind bars, whatever you wanna call it" Colbys voice said through the television.

Around the time stamp of when colby was explaining how he joined a jail gang Sam paused it and said "So while I was worried sick about if my best fiend was okay your bitch of a dad here joined a fucking jail gang"

The room erupted into laughter when kat walked in.

"I was watching this video the other day" She laughed at sat next to Sam

Sam continued the video

"And then finally, I hear COLE BROCK COME TO THE FRONT AND GET YOUR STUFF and oh my god its like the heavens had spoken Sam had bailed me out I was gonna be freed I could go home and I was walking out of the jail one of the deputys knew me BY NAME even though I had never met any of them before he pulls me aside and says 'uhh your uh Cole brock aren't you' and I go 'Yeah' and he goes ' We had thousands of people calling trying to bail you out.' I smiled at him and walked out of the police station. And there was just fans about 100 of them and whoever it was that brought me a charger so I could call Sam and tell him I was free thank you so much"  they had continued watching the video till the end when lucas and Sierra had fallen asleep and colby was on the verge of passing out.

"Today could've gone alot worse." Sam said  as colby tiredly mmhed in agreement
