*August 2013*

Marshall was going to Europe for his third leg of the Recovery tour. Madelyn had made it through the last two parts of the tour that she had attended with Marshall. He had been respectable about her feelings and kept his flirting with groupies to a minimum. She had appreciated that. She couldn't go right away for this part of the tour.

"You gonna be ok without me?" she asked.

"Yeah you'll meet us in Slane. You'll be there for Paris too so we can see if we have time to check some of the sites," he said.

"That sounds great babe. Even if we don't, at least we will be there together."

He nodded. She smiled. They were practically living together now. She still had her apartment but spent more time at Marshall's than at her place. He kissed her. He flew out on the 13th. She would arrive on the 17th. He made it through the first show. He was still in disbelief that she had agreed to come on tour with him.

He was at the venue when she landed and he insisted that a driver bring her to him. He missed her a lot. She stared out the window staring at the sites as they passed her by. She had never been out of Detroit let alone out of the country.

"He's inside," the driver told her as they stopped at the venue.

"Thank you," Madelyn replied.

"Your stuff will be taken to the hotel and dropped in Mr. Mathers room."

"All right."

She walked in the building and was taken to where Marshall was doing sound check. He spotted her before she spotted him. He had to admit that the feelings that flooded him were a bit intense for even him but he couldn't help the smile that came over his lips. She lit up when she saw him. He reached a hand down to help her up on the stage. She threw her arms around his neck and pressed a kiss to his lips. He chuckled to himself.

"Glad you could make it," he said.

"Of course I was going to make it. I missed you," she said.

"Missed you too."

She was practically living with him at home so not having her was weird for him. He enjoyed coming home to her every day. He would never admit that to her due to the fear keeping him from opening up to her. She eyed him funny as he had zoned out a bit.

"Marshall," she said.

"What?" he asked, coming back to reality.

"You ok?"

"Yeah babe, I'm good."

She was still looking at him funny. He was fighting his own feelings and the images of forever that kept coming into his head. He pulled her to him again. She pressed a kiss to his lips again. His hand tangled in her hair as he deepened it.

"Can we get this sound check done and then you two can go suck face somewhere?" the sound guy asked.

"Jealous much?" Marshall laughed as he broke the kiss.

Madelyn blushed as he let go of her. She sat on the edge of the stage while he did what needed to be done. He pulled her up and backstage to the dressing room after he was done. She followed him down the hall, noticing the number of girls that hung out back there. He had time and he was going to make it a point to show her how much he missed her.
