it had been a stressful day, your boss at work had rained down hell on you and you were just so done with everything

request after request and complaint after complaint

all you needed right now was a hug from your girlfriends

but one of the rules where specifically 'no kissing or hugging during office hours'. office time was for work and work alone and that's what they were doing in their office. work, work, work

getting home you so wanted to just barge into their office and sit on nat's lap whilst she hugs you from behind and wanda hugs you from the front - girlfriend sandwich - but alas the rules were against you

so in the interest of keeping to the rules you simply slumped onto the sofa with your head in your hands, breathing heavy and tears threating to spill

you weren't going to break the rules

in another attempt to calm yourself down you headed to your shared bedroom to change out of your work clothes

deciding on the route of the most comfort you slipped on one of nat's oversized hoodies and some of wanda's sweats, their smell calming you down a bit but not fully

on your way across the upstairs hallway you stopped outside the office and contemplated opening the door, melting into their arms, but once you heard the tapping of their laptop keyboards you sighed and made your way back downstairs

however hard you tried to control and regulate your tears it just didn't work, you were close to caving

so close

"breathe, y/n, breathe" you kept repeating to yourself as you paced the living room rug

looking at the clock you saw it said '16:32', meaning there was still another two hours until 'office times' were over

but you were done, just so bloody done. it was either comfort from your girlfriends or you breakdown

knocking on their office door you didn't hear a response so with a big deep breathe you opened the door slowly

both redheads immediately gave you their attention and when they noticed your glossy eyes they stood up, almost instantly understanding that you needed a hug and some kisses

"dekta" nat cooed and embraced you in a giant hug

wanda took the time to go behind you and gather your hair and tying it into a messy bun. once tied she wrapped her hands around your waist, still from behind, and snuggled her head into your back

"is that my hoodie?" tasha whispered while planting kisses all around your face

"and my sweats?" wanda asked, slowly walking back with you to the little sofa/couch situated in their office

you all piled up and cuddled up to one another, the rubbish day you had long forgotten

"long day?" you only hummed in response, snuggling your nose into the crook of nat's neck more while wanda ran her fingers through your y/h/c hair

"i'm sorry for breaking the office hour rule"

"hey, hey" nat pulled away and gently grabbed your chin making you come face to face with her, you could see the seriousness but also concern in her eyes

"you come first, okay!?" you didn't reply, only turned around to face wanda who gave you a sympathetic look

"y/n/n"

"okay" you mumbled, now into wanda's neck. she pouted,  looking towards nat, at your adorableness and obvious tiredness

"thank you, i love you both"

"we love you too, moya lyubov'" they both said in unison causing a round of giggle to fill the room

"you come first"
