you were at the thor love and thunder premier with your wife, tessa, just simply holding her hand while she answered different interviewers questions
well that was until your name was called "Y/N" and you were pulled away by a fellow kiwi
"TAIKA" you called back with the same amount of enthusiasm
he was quick to pull you into a hug, fake crying into your shoulder "it's been too long" he whines, a definite exaggeration
"i saw you literally yesterday"
"yeh and that, my loving sister, is too long"
your moment was interpreted by someone clearing their throat "taika!! stop stealing my wife!!" you hear tessa whine
"she was my sister first" your brother whine back, playfully
a pout played on her lips so you made sure to kiss it away, running the kisses all around her face making her giggle
"wait" you stopped when you reached tessa's shoulder where a small heart tattoo was - a matching one to you
"taika" you turned to face the director again "where's matewa and te?!" but he didn't need to answer because two small girls came running up to you shouting "AUNTIE Y/N/N"
"MY FAVOURITE NIECES" you wasted no time in scooping them both up and resting one on each hip and turning back around to once again face your wife who was looking at you with nothing but love in her eyes
she loved watching you interact with children - even if they were family - she wanted to start a family with you and just knew you'd be a great mother
"are you girls going to say hello to auntie tessa?"
"HELLO AUNTIE TESSA" they both shouted - right next to your ears causing you to wince and mumble 'bye, bye eardrums'
"hello girls" she waved giving them each a kiss on the cheek

after the premiere the both of you were exhausted
you ended up throwing yourselves onto the hotel bed - tessa still in her dress and you still in your outfit
"i want a baby" your wife says out of nowhere
"do you now? i don't think biology works that way, my love" you chuckle but soon stop when tessa sits up and looks at you seriously
"i mean it. i want start a family with you" you were at a loss for words. sure you had thought about - thought about it a lot - but you brushed it off because she never mentioned kids
"i- you have no clue how long i've wanted you to say that" tears start to build in your eyes at how happy you were
"no, no, no... don't cry, darling" she cooes and wipes the tear that fell with her thumb
"you want to have a baby" you say to yourself whilst holding tessa's hands
"with you"
"with me"
