"The bullets were found in the Hassaikai warehouse. We don't know what the ingredients were in the formation other than a girl." Dr. Daruma Ujiko held a small red bullet between his fingers. "Does Midoriya know about the granddaughter of the Yakuza boss?"

Shigaraki sat down, scratching his neck. "Endeavor's son arrived with Eri on the night of the Hassaikai raid. Midoriya must have an idea of the girl, although I know no more than that. Twice has been keeping an eye on the girl, but regardless of how villanous I am, I regain my humanity. I don't plan on destroying her like that pathetic excuse of a Yakuza boss." 

Dr. Daruma looked at Tomura with a light smile hidden by his mustache. "It's delightful to hear that you regain humanity. I remember when you were a small boy, still being trained by All For One. After that whole incident with All Might fighting All For One, you've been becoming yourself rather than a clone of All For One."

Shigaraki opened the box again. There were only five bullets and no definite way of duplicating them. Twice gave it a go, but due to a lack of data, it was unsuccessful. Shigaraki wasn't completely sure where to go at this point. The bullets were sparse and therefore wouldn't be of much use until the final stage of the plan. With All For One in his condition, he was unable to duplicate them as well. 

"I think it's about time to arrange an assassination."

"An assassination?" 

Shigaraki smiled. "For the last month, we've been secretly recruiting villains from around Hosu to Musutafu. Once we have a big enough army, the pro heroes will be outnumbered. Just watch how the public's image of heroes will be tainted by thousands of casualties."

"I like this idea, however what do you plan to do with the boy?"

"Midoriya?" questioned Shigaraki. He was answered with a brief nod and then a wide smile. 

"Yes. All For One's son. My first plan to bring him in came from stealing his quirk. That was Master's first idea. The idea was to make him aware of how hateful society is, and therefore turn to the side of villainy. I overlooked his kindhearted soul."

Dr. Daruma continued. "My second plan that All For One didn't know about, was the sludge villain incident. The original idea was to release a high end Nomu and then to send All For One to save him. However, All For One didn't fancy this idea, and was busy healing from his last battle with All Might." 

"And then what? Was Master even planning on keeping the kid around?"

"He enrolled in UA. I personally thought that you would be informed sooner of his parentage and try and recruit him. Thanks to his father's magnificent quirk awakening thanks to me, he has quite the collection of quirks. Unfortunately, his body isn't wired to hold its growing power. It is likely that he will lose control any day now simply by touching a person. It's all thanks to All Might's stupid power that won't fully let go of Izuku." 

"Then why wasn't I informed?"

"Simple. We gave up."

Shigaraki scoffed. "Yeah right. You told me when the Forest Incident took place after Toga and Dabi were recruited."

"Because that was our last hope! We forged all of this to happen from the start! Dabi was the main key in framing Midoriya during that conversation. The clip was broadcasted on live TV! We knew he attacked Muscular. We knew that the son of Team Water Hose was unconscious! Me and Master knew everything from the start! We knew how heroes treat anyone who falls out of line as the worst or the worst, regardless of evidence." Dr. Daruma laughed. "And the boy's mother! Don't get me started on that part."
