I wake up to the sunlight shining in my eyes. I lay with Eddie for a bit, since I was still tired. He was drooling a bit. "Gross" i say.

I run my fingers through his hair finding leafs and twigs.

Eventually he wakes up. He looks around frantically. "Hey water fall, sleep good?" I ask. He wipes his mouth and apologizes.

"Sorry, sweetheart" he says. We hear leafs crunching. He grabs a weapon. He sits up, uncovering the tarp from us. He was pretty much sitting on me.

I couldn't breathe. "Ok, Eddie, could you please get up your squishing my ribs" I wheeze out.

He quickly gets off and out of the boat.

We stay low and he looks out the window. "Shit" he whispers.He hands me the knife. "Ok, if someone goes through that door, just mh" he says doing a stabbing motion. I nod

The door opens and I go to attack. Dustin screams. "It's us! It's us!" He says.

"Delivery service" he says smiling holding up a few bags. Me and Eddie exhale in relief.

Eddie scarfs down food. He offers me some I shake my head.

"So we got some good news and bad news, how do you prefer?" Dustin asks.

"Bad news first, always" Eddie says. "Alright bad news. We tapped into the Hawkins PD Dispatch with our Cerebro, and they're definitely looking for you two" Dustin says.

"Why me?" I ask. "Uh Ryan and his goons told on you, saying you were a 'Devil in disguise' good news though about Hawkins lab, so you should be fine" Dustin says.

"Yeah they're pretty convinced both of you killed Chrissy and Beth" Dustin says.

"Like 100 percent convinced" Max says. "And the good news?" I ask. "You're names haven't gone public yet" Robin says.

"But if we found out about you, it's a matter of time before others do, and once that gets out, everyone and their shallow-minded mother is gonna be gunning for you two" she adds.

"Hunt the freaks, right?" Eddie asks. "Exactly" Robin says. "Shit" Eddie says.

"So, before that happens, we need to find Vecna, kill him, and prove your innocence" Dustin says.

"That's all Dustin? That's all?" Eddie asks.

"Yeah,no that's pretty much it" Dustin says.

"Might as well drive to space and steal the moon while we're at it" I say. "Ok sarcastic ass, tone it down a bit" Dustin says I stand up and Robin holds me back. "You tone it down a bit-"

"Calm down" she says forcing me to sit down. "Listen, Eddie, I know everything Dustin is saying sounds totally delusional, but we've actually been through this before, I mean they have a few times, I have once. Mine was more human flesh based, theirs was more smoke related, but bottom line is, collectively, I really feel we got this." Robin says

"We usually rely on Y/n and this girl who has super powers. But uh those went bye-bye, so.." Steve says.

I give him a confused look. "Right, sorry, I forget sometimes" Steve says.

"So we are technically in more of the" Robin say. "Kinda" Steve says.

"Brainstorming phase" Max finishes.

"There- there's nothing to worry about" Dustin says. Steve scoffs.

Eddie gives them a 'really?' Look.

"This is fucking stupid" I say. "I know" Robin says. I had a idea. "Wait.. what if we-"

We hear police sirens. "Shit" Steve whispers. "Tarp" Robin says.
