The Fairy Queen

Shy's POV

I wake up to the sound of rain on a window....how relaxing....

Window? I live underground-

I sit up quickly and look around, .....where....

I'm in a room, a bedroom. The room has a toy box at the end of the bed, a bookshelf pushed up against a wall, some toys on a white fluffy carpet, and white-ish blue walls.

....my old room.....why am I here?

I sit up on the bed and continue to look around, suddenly I hear footsteps, loud footsteps, Kainquian.

I dont move and start rubbing my eyes, the door opens to my mother

"Shy....Hey sweetie you okay?" Kai says walking over to my bed and sitting down next to me, "ye-" I then realize that my voice is more childlike, and a bit higher than normal, I assume I'm in the past

"Sweetie?" Kai says looking at me concerned, "oh...yeah I'm fine momma!" I say smiling, I lean on her shoulder as I hear the door creak open again, Haijai.

"Hey....Kai...can we talk?" Haijai says standing in the doorway, "....yeah.. I'll be back sweetie, try to get some sleep." Kai says standing up and kissing my forehead and leaving the room, I lay back down and close my eyes

I feel lonely, I open my eyes again and sit up, I look around and spot a stuffed animal on the end of the bed....I crawl over to it and turn it around.....

It's a pink wolf, I remember him, I named him Pinkie, I know....so original right?

I crawled back to the otherside of the bed and crawl under the covers, throwing them over my head, once I'm completely covered I squeeze Pinkie and close my eyes, "Goodnight Pinkie..." I mumble before falling asleep....

"Kai! You cant just leave!" I shoot up from my bed and look around frantically, what was that...

I pick up Pinkie and walk to my door, then i open it and walk out, "Kai, at least wait for your daughter!" I hear mom say as i walk down the hall, "Fine! But as soon as she wakes up, we're going to that festival!" Then my parents start laughing

I stop at the end of the hallway and peek my head around the corner, "Momma...?" I say yawning afterwards, "There's the little shit! I told you she'd wake up!" Kai says walking over and picking me up, "Hi...Momma!" I say smiling, "Hello darling, did you sleep well?"

I nod and look over to mom, I wave and smile before Kai puts me down

"Alright Shy! Go get dressed, we're going somewhere!" Kai says giving a big smile, "ok momma!" I run to my room and close the door, I walk over to the dresser and place Pinkie on the floor, turning it to face the wall, "Don't look Pinkie, I'm changing"

I open the dresser and grab some shorts and a light pink dress shirt, I change into the outfit and Turn Pinkie back around, "How do I look!" I say posing and picking Pinkie up

"Alright let's go.." I walk out of the door and down the hall, Kai and Haijai are waiting when I turn the corner into the living room.

"You ready?" Kai says putting out a hand, I walk over and grab her hand, "yeah!" I say smiling at her

We go out the door and start walking into the Dark oak forest, after a while of walking Momma starts talking to mom, I don't pay attention to them and look around, there's lanterns and fairy lights, pretty....

"Ah! Here we are!" Kai says excitedly, she walks over to a giant tree stump, "The Fairy Queen!"

I look around the tree stump, there's flowers some of my favorites....next to a fence on the side there's a pond with frogs and a sheep too, I walk over to what looks like the entrance, "so a pub?" Haijai says opening the door to the building, "yep, our own family business!" Kai says grabbing moms hand

"It's pretty momma....!!" I say looking around the pub, there's fairy lights and moss and flowers and lanterns, tables and chairs everywhere!

"I know....now how about you sit down and i-" Suddenly everything starts to fade, instead of my mother I hear screams and yells....I look around trying to see where it's coming from but there's nothing, then.....fire

Fire everywhere, I look around for my parents and there's nobody there...."Momma!? Mom!?" I yell before looking at the ground and seeing Pinkie, "Oh my gosh! Pinkie! What did they do to you!" I feel warm tears fall down my cheeks, "Shy!?Sweetie!?" I hear my mother yell my name, "Momma! Momma!" I pick up Pinkie and run to where i heard my mother

"Shy! Oh goodness i thought momma lost you..." Momma says hugging me tightly, Suddenly i see a person walking towards my mother, "momma....who is that..." I feel lightheaded, "Mo...momma....i..." as the person gets closer, they pull out a dagger.

the person stabs my mother in the back, then everything goes dark

I shoot up from my bed, "Kai!?" I say looking around, "...wha...Shy? You okay?" I hear from beside me, I look over and see Koii looking like he just fucking woke up

probably cause of me.

"Shit....sorry..." I say putting a hand on my face, "....Bad dream again?" Koii says sitting up, "yeah...." I look infront of me and sigh, "It was....that...again.." I say rubbing my eyes

"Hey....it's um its okay..." Koii says putting a hand on mine, I smile and lean my head on their shoulder, "You are terrible at this." I chuckle a little and close my eyes, "fuck you.." Koii says laughing a little

After a while of sitting there, I lay back down and Koii lays next to me, "come here" I say opening my arms, Koii shuffles into my arms.

I put my arms around them and he puts his on my lower back, "Goodnight....again" I say mumbling the last part, "night..." Koii says as I close my eyes

A/n: I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO WIRTE THIS FOR LIKE AN ENTIRE WEEK BUT I KEEP GETTING FUCKING DISTRACTED OR  FUCKING FORGET
