3rd person POV

Shy opens her eyes and rubs their eyes, looking at the ceiling, they turn their head to the side and look at the door, "What..."

why am I in my office...

Shy feels a weight on their stomach and looks down, There's a groan, and then Shy sits up, "Koii?" Shy shakes his shoulder, remembering everything that happened last night

Suddenly Koii opens his eyes and lifts himself onto his forearms, "Ugh..." He places a hand on their forehead and groans, he looks around in confusion, "What....the fuck..." Koii sits up with a confused look

he turns to Shy and jumps, "How did I get here..?" Shy sits there with pure confusion, "You don't...remember?" Koii shakes his head, "So you were drunk..." Shy put her face in her hands and sighs

Suddenly Koii remembers something then it goes blurry, "um....we didn't...do anything right..?" Shy looks at him confused before understanding what he meant, her face goes red before waving their hands around, "No no no no no! nothing happened!"

Shy looks at the door and they sit there awkwardly, "So....you got any medicine..?" Koii turns to Shy, "Um...not here..." Koii groans and massages his head, "I have some at the pub...." Shy smiles and stands up

Koii stands up and suddenly feels nauseous, "bathroom." Koii places a hand over his mouth, "Bathroom-" Shy leads Koii out of the office and into the bathroom, Koii runs into a stall and leans over the toilet, Shy lifts his hair and holds it, rubbing his back

She takes a hair tie off of their wrist and ties it around his hair, after a few seconds, Koii slowly stands up, Shy helping them to the sink. Koii washes his face and nods, they walk out of the bathroom and into the casino

"So the Pub or your house..?" Koii shrugs instead of giving a verbal answer, while walking to the front of the casino, Koii starts walking more wobbly, Shy turns to him and puts a hand out to stop him from walking

Koii stops and raises his brow, "Hm..?" Suddenly Shy turns back around and crouches down, "Get on my back" Koii stares at them in confusion

"there's no fucking way you could carry me." this pisses Shy off and she scoots back lifting Koii off his feet, She starts walking like Koii weighs nothing to them

"...How- what-" Shy smiles and opens the casino door, jogging over to the horse tied to a fence, "Get on the horse and wait for me.."

She pulls out an ender pearl and throws it to the casino doors, Shy locks the door before teleporting back over to the horse, hopping on its back in front of Koii

"Hang on...he's fast." Koii looks confused as Shy grabs the reins, lightly lifting and dropping them, The horse starts moving and Koii gets slightly taken aback, wrapping his arms around Shy's torso and closing his eyes...

after a few minutes, Shy shakes him, "Hey wake up..." Koii opens his eyes and looks up at Shy, "I got you some water and medicine for your head, take it before going back to sleep." Shy sits down and places the water on the bedside table, She stands up and looks back at him, "and tell me if you're hungry

She starts to walk away before Koii grabs her hand, "Stay." Shy thinks before turning to Koii, she smiles and snatches her hand away, a fading

"I don't want you vomiting on me." She walks towards the door, "I'm sorry..." She freezes and turns to Koii, he's leaning off the bed with tears in his eyes, half awake

"...I'm sorry...." Shy walks over with a blank face, "You said it yourself. we were only ever meant to be enemies." Suddenly memories from 3 months ago come back, "I didn't mean it...I was just angry... I still..I still..."

"Still what? Love me?" Shy laughs, "How pathetic." Koii stares at them in shock, "What..?"

"you thought I loved you?" Shys words get fuzzy and then he hears a new voice, a much nicer one

"Koii?"

Koii shoots up from the bed and puts a hand in front of him, grabbing onto something, something fluffy. like a cloud. "Ack-" he looks in front of him, his hand on Shy's tail, "Ah- sorry..." He lets go of her tail and turns away to the bedside table

a glass of water and some pills sitting there, "I got you water and medicine for your hangover, tell me if you're hungry...I need to go, I have work to do." Shy stands up and takes a step before, a hand grabs hers, "Please...stay.." Shy freezes and thinks

"I wish I could but....I have stuff I need to do and-" She looks at Koii who just has his head hanging off the bed, "...." Shy snatches her hand away and Koii lifts his head

as soon as he does Shy is taking off their boots, "What are you-" before he can say anything they pull off their corset and shirt, "I'll stay...but Eden is gonna get on my ass later..."

Koii smiles and lifts an arm, Shy walks over and sits on the bed, "Take your medicine first.." Koii suddenly remembers the medicine on the table and grabs it, popping it into his mouth and chugging the water

Koii places his hands on Shy's leg and flips himself onto his back, moving one of her legs to the other side of him, Shy gets surprised and places her hands on Koiis chest

"Koii" He places his hand on the bottom of her thighs and the other on their side, Shy's face goes red, "... what's your problem.."

the feeling of Koii's cold hands on her skin slightly getting to them, she looks to the wall thinking, she leans closer, placing her hands on either side of his face, "....I...I never stopped..." Shy looks anywhere but Koiis eyes

"Stopped what..?" Shy looks him in the eyes before connecting their lips, both of them closing their eyes and staying there for a few seconds, Shy pulls away and makes eye contact with him

"...Loving you..." Koii looks at them shocked before smiling, Koii opens his mouth to respond but gets cut off by Shy connecting their lips again, "You....suck.."

"Shut the....fuck up" Shy pulls Koii's face forward and into a kiss, pulling away for breaths before connecting lips again

Suddenly a knock was heard from the door, Shy looks over and then back to koii, raising a brow, Koii shakes his head and pulls them back into the kiss

another knock, another, and....another

Shy starts getting annoyed, "I'm gonna answer it.." Koii frowns, "I can't fucking deal with the knocking..."

"Who is it!?" Shy yells to the door, but there's no answer. "ugh.." Shy gets up and grabs a button-up shirt and puts it on, not buttoning it, they reach for the doorknob but stop

something isn't right..

Shy looks to the desk and walks over, grabbing a dagger off of it, Koii watches and raises a brow, She walks back to the door and grabs the doorknob, turning it and opening the door quickly

Shy stares outside the door confused, they loom down and spot a box, she crouches down and grabs the box before closing the door and locking it

"What's that?" Shy opens the box and freezes, a rush of heat goes to their face as they throw the vox down the stairs, Koii sits there shocked and confused, "What was in the box..?" Shy walks over and sits back on Koiis stomach

"Doesn't matter. what does matter is that you get some sleep." Koii frowns, "But now I'm curious...." Shy lays her head on Koii's chest before yawning, "That's too bad."

Koii sighs and closes his eyes, "Sweet dreams....love you..." Shy lifts her head off his chest and thinks before placing a kiss on his lips and falling onto the bed next to him

"Love you too."
