Shy's POV

I open my eyes and stare at the ceiling, I sit there as if I'm waiting for something to happen.

I hear creaks and muffled voices from upstairs before hearing the trapdoor open in the other room, I hear quiet footsteps before a door opens

I sit up and wrap myself in the blanket

Why's it so cold

I hear the door to my room open, I look over and see a familiar brown coat, they walk over and sit on the edge of the bed, "Shy we need to ta-" I zone out and stop listening

I crawl over, still half asleep, and rest my head on their lap, the smell of cigarettes filling my nose

I close my eyes and curl into a ball around them, "....Shy..?" I look up at their face, a part of my vision being blocked by my hair, "hm"

I lay on my back with my head in their lap, I rub my eyes and then lift my hand to their cheek, "....Uh...Shy..?"

I blink once or twice before realizing who was here, "...." I lift my head off of Koii's lap and grab the blanket, I crawl away and wrap it around me

"...sorry.." Koii looks away toward the door

"it's fine..." Koii falls back onto the bed and smirks at me, "It's okay to miss me. " I stare at him in shock

"What."

"..." Koii keeps a smug look on their face

oh, this bastard.

I lean over Koii, our faces almost touching, Koiis face goes red, "How much did you think about me during your time away, Darling?"

"...Are you two fucking kissing!?" I snap my head to the door and see Evan standing there covering Iceberg's eyes, I sit up and lean against the wall

"No, we were just talking." I look at Koii and smile, "Were you expecting something else?"

Koiis face gets redder as he sits up and covers their face, "Get the fuck out"

Koii stands up and flips me off, I respond by winking, "..." He takes Evan and Iceberg out of the room and upstairs.

I hear the trapdoor close before laying down and hiding my face in the pillow, I turn my head to the wall and sigh

"So...It doesn't seem like you hate him -" I jump and turn to Eden, "How long have you been there!?"

Eden looks at their wrist, which doesn't have a watch, and looks back at me, "The entire time."

I stare at them in disbelief, "Why didn't you say anything." Eden leans back in my chair and sighs, "I thought you knew..?"

I flip onto my back and groan, "What?"

"Eden, I don't think I'm over them." I look over to Eden with furrowed brows, "Oh! really!?" Eden talks in a sarcastic voice, "You still like Koii!? Really!?"

I stare at them blankly face, Eden smiles and gets out of the chair

They walk over to the bed and crouch down, leaning on their elbows, "I know, Darling. but what are you gonna do about it?"

I look at Eden, then at the ceiling, I frown and shake my head

"i...I don't know..."

Koii's POV

"CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT SHIT!?" I look at Evan, who is covering Iceberg's ears, "I can. I watched. unfortunately."

"You're not helping."
