Shy's POV

"Koii! Wake up!" Koii opens their eyes and sits up, "What...?" They yawn and rub their eyes, "It's Christmas!!"

I place my hands on his cheeks and kiss their nose, "Time to open presents and then open the pub!"

"Mm, I'm still tired...." Koii lays back down and closes their eyes, I frown and sit on his stomach, "Koii get up!!" I lightly hit his chest, "Mm-" I accidentally hit their stomach and he sits up hitting his face on my chest

I place my hands on the side of their head, making them look up at me, "Sorry..." Koii wraps his arms around my stomach and puts their face on my chest again, "..."

"oh! I have something for you!" I put my hands on their arms and push a bit, but Koii doesn't let go, "Koii- Love, you have to let me go-" Koii shakes his head

I sigh and place my hands in his hair, I start playing with it until I hear a knock on the trapdoor, "Who is it?!"

"Evan!" I think for a moment before quickly whispering something in Koii's ear, he lets go and stares at me with a shocked face, "Wha- What-" I get up and walk to the barrel, grabbing a shirt off of it

I glance back at Koii who is red and shocked, "Really-?"

"Come in!" The trapdoor opens and Evan climbs down holding 2 presents, he walks over and hands them to me, "Gifts for you two and I'll place one's for the kids over here" Evan places 3 boxes on the floor and starts climbing the ladder again, "Bye!"

He closes the trapdoor and I hear footsteps walk away, "We need to put a door here..."

I look back at Koii who is still staring at me with wide eyes, "I was joking" He Quickly takes a deep breath before looking back at me, "WHY WOULD YOU SAY THAT!?"

I giggle and walk back over to the bed, grabbing something beside the table, I had 2 boxes for Koii and sit back on their lap, "Open your presents."

Koii looks at me with an angry expression before opening one present

its the music disc Wait, after he places it down they pick up the other one and open it

"What's this..?" I lift my arm and show him my wrist, "Matching bracelets! so we never forget each other!" Koii stares at me with a blank expression

".....was that...too corny..?" I try to take the bracelet but Koii snatches it away, "No! it's mine.." They put it on and smile, I smile and kiss his cheek

I put our bracelets together and the heart on them connect

"I Fucking Hate You." Shy yells as a raindrop fall down their face, They stare at Koii with a weak expression, "FUCK YOU FUCK YOU FUCK YOU!" Koii rips the bracelet out of his pocket and throws it on the concrete, He stomps on it until it's all broken.

Shy stares at the bracelet on the ground, She looks at Koii as they slowly lift their sleeve...

she lifts their arm to show the bracelet still on her wrist, she slowly takes it off and looks at it...

"Did this mean so little to you..?" Shy looks up at Koii as they both get drenched in rain, Shy's eyes fill with tears

Koii turns away and starts walking up the stairs, Shy falls to the floor their sword making an echo through the cave

"It has always been and will always be your fault." Shy looks up at Koii who is glaring knives into Shy, "...."

Shy says nothing, Shy can't say anything...

Why? Why did this happen to us....?
