Chapter 33: Contract with the Devil(?)

Kiyoko ventured through the bustling streets of Tokyo, a freshly made crepe on her hand whilst the other one was holding a tablet.

Truthfully, she got lost on her way home from the hospital. Kiyoko didn't mind though, she liked to walk from time to time and hear the latest gossip. She wasn't alone either, a leash was attached to her hand since Kenma was the one leading her and making sure she wasn't getting hit by cars.

Perks of having an intelligent pet.

Her eyes were focused on the screen, graphs of her monthly income and sales were displayed. From six figures and counting, the numbers were reflecting on her blue eyes, though, this wasn't anything new to her.

" As I thought, hospitals are a big hit, '' she mutters under her breath. Considering that this is a world of punching bags, that's not surprising. She thought.

Kiyoko felt herself being tugged harder by Kenma, who was fascinated to see a bird and decided to chase it down. Resulting in Kiyoko being dragged.

" Kenma—AAIT!! " She stumbled upon stairs and people and even went through a dark alleyway just to chase down a bird, wait, birds are supposed to fly right?

The leash on Kiyoko's hand slipped out and caused her to fly back a few meters away whilst her feline decided to satiate his need to hunt. She groaned, seeing the shattered tablet that she unfortunately sat on.

" How lucky, " she sarcastically spat out, standing up to dust out the leaves and dirt on her pants. Now that she had a good look in her surroundings, Kiyoko realized that this day is definitely the worst of all, she doesn't recognize this place.

" Kenma? Kenma?!—Pota nasan na ba yung pusa na yun?! " In her fit of panic, Kiyoko couldn't help but speak in between three languages.

She figured that there was no exit to this place except for the path where she entered earlier, she just doesn't remember where. Christmas was near and so was the arc of black dragon. Kiyoko had absolutely zero plans to interfere since this was between siblings that she had no relation with. Besides, this arc was far from the one with deaths, oh and Kisaki also got fired from Toman so that was a plus for Takemitchy.

" Kiyoko? What're you doing here? " A familiar guy asked, voice laced with concern as he hurriedly stride toward Kiyoko who looked like she just got robbed.

" Oh hello to you Seishu, I'm lost " she said with no hesitation, blinking owlishly with her bored looking eyes.

Seishu couldn't help but frown as he spun the girl around looking for any injuries or even a single scratch on her. " Figures, "

" Why are you here anyway? I thought you were busy with school, " she says, tilting her head in confusion, an endearing act that makes Seishu melt internally.
