Y/N'S POV:
today, jaden was coming round for a sleepover. i was tidying up my room getting snacks and getting everything ready since he was meant to be here in 10 mins.

as i was finishing everything up i was interrupted by my phone going off.

what!!! your like 10 minutes early.

JADEN😹
so, 10 extra minutes to spend w eachother🤷‍♂️

mmh, i'll go let you in now.

i raced down the stairs to go open the door for jaden. i was really excited for this, to see him. there will never come a day when i'm not.

"yooo." jaden said

"yoo" i said back deepening my voice in attempt to mock him.
i helped him with his bags and once we were all down he flopped onto my bed.

"watchu wanna do?" i said flopping next to him.

"you." he said holding back his laugh.

"that's not funny. let's make a tiktok or something." i said rolling my eyes.

we both spent some time making tiktoks, which half of them i drafted but ended up posting some cute ones.
most of the comments consisted of hate, people being nice or people shipping us. i wasn't suprised at the hate comments. every girl at school - and now out of school - practically fall at his feet, and i am 99.999% sure they've all wanted to be me purely because they want to be that close to jaden. and obviously because they weren't, they hated that i was. the amount of rumours i've had spread about me in school and on the internet is insane.

anyway, once we finished with that we decided to settle down and watch a movie. jaden had his head resting on my stomach. people think it's weird since we're just "best friends" which is true, but at the moment it seems to be that we're "friends with benefits". by benefits i mean we cuddle with eachother, he carries me everywhere and makes flirty jokes with me. we'd never kissed or anything like that though.

this time it was my turn to pick the movie. i picked my favourite movie y/f/m, but jaden doesn't like this movie.

"can we please watch something else?" he groaned.

"no."

he ended up going on his phone as i watched intently. although, my eyes couldn't help but wander to his phone screen. he was scrolling through the tiktok comments, liking the ones that shipped us. i brushed it off because jaden was always messing around like this.

once the movie was finished we decided to make cookies because we were hungry.

"okay so, we need eggs, flour ect." i said grabbing all the stuff we need.

we started off mixing all the stuff we need till jaden got flour on me, and then i threw some on him and it went back and forth.

"i know you didn't just do that." i said launching a huge handful of flour at his face

he looked so funny, i couldn't stop laughing. i had to steady myself by holding onto his shoulders. it was even funnier because it was that silent laughter.

once we both calmed down my hands were still on his shoulders. his eyes flickered from my eyes to my lips and he kissed me, my hands intertwined in his hair. he pulled me closer, deepening kiss that had turned into a makeout. his arms wrapped around my waist as he leaned down.

we both pulled away out of breath. he had a huge grin on his face, which couldn't help but make me have one too.

"i'm tired of this friends with benefits shit." he said (rude)

"y/n, will you be my girlfriend?".

"yes jaden, i will."
