"He's so small, Noona." Jungkooks smile wobbled, son in his arms pressed against his bare torso, making Violet very much appreciated about the skin-to-skin contact with parents and baby rule.
"You did so well, Flower." Hoseok praised the exhausted female, Namjoon brushing through her matted hair slowly. The nurse who stood off to the side, finalising a few forms turned with a small smile, trotting over towards the new mother.
"Once you're ready, we'd suggest you try breastfeeding. If you struggle try again, and if not, we're here to help. Just give us a call." She spoke softly, offering a small smile to Violet who nodded with thanks before the latter left the room.
"Did everyone get to cuddle him?" Violet sat up a little higher on her bed, back half against Jin and half against the headrest. "Apart from mummy." Jungkook cooed, handing the baby boy to his mother.
Violet pulled her hospital gown off one shoulder, holding her son close, trying again, and again, to get him to latch onto her nipple. "It's not working." She whimpered out, Jin pecking the side of her forehead before taking his son in his arms.
"That's okay, Vi. It's completely normal, we've got this, okay?" He assured, guiding his son towards Violet’s chest before the woman let out a relieved sob as her son began to suckle.
"See? We're okay, my love." Yoongi muttered sweetly, watching her with content eyes.

"Bang insisted we stay. He said he'll bring some of our clothes and stuff." Namjoon announced in the silent room, Violet long asleep with their son in the box bed next to her. "Namjoon-ah? Wanna hold your son?" Yoongi’s eyes bore into his younger friend, picking up the fussing baby before stepping towards Namjoon with soft eyes.
"Ah, no, thanks. You carry on." The youngest whispered out, Yoongi scoffing lightly "You didn't hold him long earlier."
"Hyung, he's so small." Namjoon whimpered, "I've always wanted a baby, but now I'm scared." He admitted weakly, eyes not leaving his son’s tiny form. He was only 6 pounds, no heavier than a bag of sugar.
"I've got you, Joon." Yoongi answered immediately, sitting beside Namjoon on the couch once Taehyung moved to sit on the floor beside Jimin to trade baby photos.
"Hold your arms like this, Hyung." Jungkook explained, arms contorting in a way that was easy for Namjoon to follow. "And now-?" Namjoon thought there was more, but once the baby was placed in his arms, his mind halted.
"See? You're doing great, Joon." Yoongi cooed at Namjoons wide eyes. Namjoon beamed down at his son, grinning so wide that his cheeks hurt, Yoongi and Jungkook not looking much different either side of the large man.
"Don't look like that. I'll want to have all your babies but I feel like death has eaten me and thrown me back up." Violet sneered playfully, gazing blearily at the trio who were now looking at her with frowns as the baby began to cry.
"He's hungry. Joon, do you want to help me?" Violet asked sweetly, hoping that Namjoon would trust himself enough to help her. "Of course," He muttered, standing so slow that it hurt to watch, "Just... Give me a minute."

"Did we decide on a name?" Violet asked the group, their son asleep on her chest once he had finished eating.
"I like Eunjoo: Meaning 'little flower'." She admitted, the men all seemed to look to one another with small, almost unnoticeable nods before they all turned back to Violet, eerily in time with each other. "We love that." They truly did. In fact, they had agreed on that being a possible name, and so they tried to implant that in Violets mind. From a fake character in a book Namjoon was reading. Calling Violet Flower more often than ever. The maknae line were so obvious, to the point that they were talking directly to Violet’s pregnant belly, calling the baby "Little Flower." They just had to hope, or agree on a new name.
"It's perfect." The others muttered their agreement while Violet merely stared down at the small baby. "Our little Flower." She cried out softly, Taehyung already sobbing in the corner from the sight of his soulmate with their son. He'd been dreaming of this. Starting a family with her. Growing the one they were already apart of.
Nothing could go wrong now that they were together.
