Roshni's POV

He picked me up in his arms. I was about to say something when we heard a voice...

" Surprise!!! " He turned immediately and we saw a handsome man standing there and he was as shocked as us.

" What is going on, Bhai? " He asked and Manik Ji lowered me to stand on the floor immediately and rushed to him and gave him big smile and a tight hug.

" Mihir, Oh my God!! I am so happy to see you. What a pleasant surprise!!  Why didn't you tell me that you were coming?" Manik Ji asked.

Oh, so he is Mihir, his brother.

" Because, it was supposed to be a surprise, Bhai. But you've shocked me instead. Who is the pretty girl and what was going on here?  "  Mihir asked him pointing at me.

" She is Roshni and her foot got twisted and she was wincing while climbing the stairs. So I was helping her."  He said casually.

" Oh, she is Roshni? Hi, Roshni!! I am Mihir, this man is my older brother. " He said with a friendly smile. Just then more people entered the home.

" Surprise!!!! " There were 6 handsome men.  No wait, more people were coming in, 4 girls and another younger man also came in.

" Wow! Am I dreaming?  Wow! I am so happy to see all of you. " Manik Ji was smiling like a little boy. I had never seen him so happy.

They all looked very happy to see him as well and gave him a group hug.

" I can't believe it. Thank you so much for coming, I was missing all of you. " Manik Ji said.

" Mihir, you idiot, how did you come inside before us? And why did you have to spoil our surprise? " One of them scolded Mihir.

" C'mon, Raj... This is my home, I know some shortcuts. Since coming here was my plan, I wanted to surprise him first. But I didn't spoil your surprise. He is happier to see all of you than me. " Mihir said.

They all were laughing and I looked at the girls and was shocked to see his girlfriend standing there with the other 3 girls.

What was she doing here?? Why did she have to come when we were already going through a tussle?

That's not fair, God!!

She was looking at Manik Ji continuously.

One of the girls rushed to him and wrapped her arms around his torso.

Who is she now??

" Aww... My sweety pie seemed to have become taller. I missed you, pumpkin. " He said and kissed her forehead.

"  Bhai, you came here merely a month ago. I missed you too, Bhai. "  She said.

Oh, she must be Mahi, his sister.

He greeted the rest of the girls and smiled secretly at his girlfriend. They exchanged that look which made me very uncomfortable.

I just wanted to run away from there. But I could not because I could not even climb the stairs easily with pain in my foot and it would have been rude.

" Hey!! Who is that beautiful girl? " One of them looked at me and asked Manik Ji and he tensed a bit.
