We were sitting on one of the couches outside.  Dinner had been tasty, and I had thanked Wayne and Stacy probably a million times for the food.  Of course, I had done everything in my power to try and do the dishes and attempt to clean up, but they had pushed me away and brushed me off.  Even if I appreciated that they wanted me to enjoy the weekend, I still couldn't stop the girl that had grown up with a strict family inside of me from attempting to help with something.  But, Harry had managed to guide me out to where his friends were and now they were trying to discuss who had the best arm when it came to baseball while Harry sipped his beer.

"Do you want another vodka?" he asked me.

I glanced down at my drink.  The ice had almost fully melted, and I was left with a red solo cup that was filled with tiny ice cubes and red tinted water.  Any other time I probably would have immediately agreed to another drink of any kind.  However, the last time I had gotten drunk with Harry I hadn't remembered much.  And, considering the fact that we were with his friends, I really didn't want to do anything like that here.

"I don't think I should drink anymore," I told Harry.

"Why not?"

"Well, last time you apparently tied me up and I don't even remember."

"One more drink is not going to make you drunk, doll.  It's your choice, though."

I nodded.  He finished off his beer before throwing it into the trash that was nearby.  Almost immediately Steven was opening another and passing it to Harry.  I was pretty sure that the curly-haired personality beside me had about three already and this was his fourth.  He wasn't showing any signs that he was getting very wasted, but I decided that he was probably good with his alcohol tolerance.

"Okay so listen," I heard Steven saying.  "I say we set off some of the fireworks at midnight."

The guys around us cheered.  I even heard Harry cheer beside me, holding his beer up before he drank.  There was something about being here with him, cuddling up beside him while his arm was draped over my shoulders, that just felt right.  I loved his company.  I loved spending time with him.  But most importantly, I loved how carefree he was with his friends.

"Can I just request one thing?" I asked.

"Sure," Steven nodded.

"You guys have to do a sobriety test before lighting them and if you don't pass you don't get to light them, you just get to watch."

"Deal!" Zayn yelled.

Chase agreed with my stipulations since he didn't want anything bad to happen, and so did the rest of the guys.  It made me feel a lot better about them setting off a bunch of fireworks, leaving me to sip the rest of my drink before I got up from my seat.  Or, I stood up before Harry wrapped his arms around me, pulling me to sit in his lap.  My cheeks flushed almost immediately, Harry kissing my cheek a few times before he shifted his attention to my jaw.
