I turned my head to find him now looking at me with the same gaze, with the last time we argued.

Plaque!

"What are you doing here, hm?"

Plaque!

"Just make it polluted, you're flawed"

I groaned in my heart when I saw Felix hitting Taehyung's head several times until the boy's hair was messy.

There was absolutely no resistance from Taehyung, and that made me even angrier.

"Move Jungkook"

I don't care anymore how Jungkook looks. I don't care if he gets angry after this or not.

Jungkook was surprised, he was very surprised when I threw his hand and broke through his body. Pretty rude.

The attention of my friends was diverted, they all looked at me who was getting away.

"Clean my clothes" Felix spoke again in the middle of Taehyung's stiffness, and in the middle of the silence in the canteen area. All the students, everyone there was just silent doing nothing.

They were just whispering, watching intently. As if it was indeed an interesting spectacle.

"You can't hear it, you dumbass!" Hyunjin, one of Felix's gang, snapped at Taehyung who only stared at Felix's food that was scattered on the floor.

"Besides being mute, it turns out you're also deaf huh?" A girl's voice, made the atmosphere there even more chaotic. My eyes narrowed, staring disapprovingly at the wavy black-haired girl who folded her arms in front of her chest while looking at Taehyung lightly.

Lami, Kim Lami.

"Do you need me to poke your eyes with a fork so you can all be blind? A complete package," she added.

Then, the whole canteen residents laughed. Laughing at Taehyung who only looked down at the all-out oppression.

PLAQUE!!!

"?!"

"!!"

Everyone was shocked, even Jungkook immediately stood up from his place when he saw me swiftly slapping Lami.

Especially the girl with the knife mouth. Her face turned to the side, and my slap left quite a red scar.

Meanwhile, Taehyung was really surprised after seeing what I did.

"WHAT THE HELL!!"

The girl screamed angrily, about to attack me, but I pushed her hard. She looked like she wanted to cry.

Oh, crocodile tears?

"You're the girlfriend of the chairman of basketball club's, right?" Felix's voice caught my attention. A moment later, he laughed lightly. "So the behavior of the top kids is like this, what do you do? Do you want to be the late hero of this cripple?"

I felt like I wanted to punch Felix in the face at that moment, wanted to stitch his mouth tightly so he wouldn't talk carelessly. Likewise with Lami.

"You should look in the mirror, you trash" Taking Taehyung's hand, I stepped away from there. Roughly breaking through Felix and Hyunjin's bodies. Gripping Taehyung's wrist which turned out to be big in my palm.

I am angry.

Angry at everyone.

Including Taehyung who did not defend himself at all.

Why is Taehyung so stupid? Why does he look like a fool? Why would he want to trample his pride like that?!

All emotions carried my footsteps away from the canteen area, taking Taehyung to somewhere I don't even know.

What was clear was just continuing to walk at a fast pace and making noise in each corridor.

But in the middle of the way, my steps were stopped by force. To my surprise, I turned my head quickly back.

Taehyung just stomped my hand, stopping both of us from walking. His dark eyes looked at me with a...

..sharp.

After taking a deep breath, the boy moved his hand.

"What the hell are you doing?!"

But I couldn't read his hand movements at that time, I didn't really understand. All I saw were the lines of emotion on Taehyung's face.

I sighed harshly when I saw his school jacket and shirt dirty with food.

"Why are you silent, Tae?! Why do you accept being treated like that?!" I shouted.

Taehyung paused, holding his breath as he looked at me. His face turned calm. Then, he sighed. Looks resigned.

"Me fighting is pointless, you know that" My limitations in understanding sign language, I can only catch that Taehyung feels even if he is useless to fight.

"Tae..." my voice, very low.

I know, I really know how Taehyung feels right now. His feelings when he has to go through his days with humiliation and one-sided glances from the humans around him.

Taehyung feels he can't fight 'them' because of the shortcomings he has. He had no self-confidence, and there was no one to stand by his side.

But... Now I'm here, right?

I saw Taehyung smiled, then closer.

His hands moved up to my head, ruffling my hair gently while smiling.

At that time, Taehyung's eyes stared straight into mine. It made me stunned by the look in his eyes that were so clear.

He nodded slowly, as if to tell me that everything was going to be okay, he was going to be okay.

"Don't worry, I'm already happy. Thank you, okay?"

That's all I can read from his sign language.

"You don't have to do anything anyway"

The boy smiled, his very characteristic cheerful smile.

"Tae.. "

"If I ask for help, will you help?"

Taehyung's movement that interrupted my conversation, made me wince.

"Ask for help?" I asked, making sure.

The boy nodded.

"What kind of help do you want?"

Then, his hand moved. Starting to form signs that half I understand, the other half don't.

"Can you stay with me?"

After confirming that those words were what Taehyung meant,

...I froze in place with a locked gaze on him.

.

.

Jungkook seems really mad at me. Since the incident I went with Taehyung from the cafeteria earlier, we haven't met at all. He doesn't meet or come to class with me even though that's his habit.

Didn't even meet me, didn't contact me. Not even a single chat

Will everything end the same as the problem the other day? It ended up being Jungkook who came to my house while regretting what he had done.

But...

It's not like he's going to do it this time, because obviously I'm the one who started it all. Jungkook didn't do anything, I was the cause.

Should I go to Jungkook first?
