y/n pov:
i was in my bed all cozied up ready for bed. i felt myself dozing off until i heard my phong ding. i rolled my eyes, flipped over and saw it was matt. "it's 3 in the morning" i mumbled. it said. "can i come inside" i called him and he answered right away. "matthew are u outside my house right now" i said. "maybe" he giggled. "are u high?! it's 3 in the morning" i whisper yelled making sure my door is closed. "let me innnn" he said. i hung up and went down stairs. i looked outside and saw him sitting down on my porch. i opened the door slowly and saw him turn around. "heyy" he said with a funny smile. "drunk or high?" i asked standing in-front of him.
"just a lil drunk" he said smiling. "matthew and u drove ??" i said looking at the car. "yeah ik but it really just hit now if that makes sense" he said rubbing his eyes. "i see that" i mumbled. he looked up "r u mad?!" he said. " no not really i mean yk how i feel abt peolpe being drunk" i said. "i'm sorry" he said looking down. "it's okay let's get u inside, ur staying here tonight" i said.
i helped him up as he stumbled into my grasp. we walked inside and i leaned him against the wall as i closed the door. "i'm sorr-" he whispered until i covered his mouth. "be quiet until we're in my room" i said. he nodded and we walked up stairs to my room. i closed the door and he wandered to my bed. "u feel sick or anything ?" i asked. he shook his head no. "so what's up, what's with u drinking" i said sitting next to him.
"it's nothing like that, i'm not even drunk" he said
"so tipsy?" i asked. "yeah something like that" he said. he looked at me and and moved closer. "i really love u" he said kissing me. i couldn't help but smile. "i love u too" i said. "drink some water" i said handing him a water bottle. he grabbed it and basically chugged it. "you always know how to take care of me yk, like ur always so caring and.. and loving" he said kinda slurring his words. i smiled. "let's go to bed now okay" i said kissing his cheek. "i'm not even tired" he said. "sure ur not" i said going under the covers. he followed and snuggled up beside me. "don't drink and drive ever again" i said playing with his hair. "yes ma'am" he said looking up at me. a few minutes later after playing with his hair and sitting in comfortable silence he fell asleep. i soon also fell asleep.
