alot on the mind-chris

first day of school tmr and i can't sleepppp. i have to wake up at 5:30.  it's 1:02 am!!
ALSO who got tour tickets?!? 

y/n pov:

i kept shuffling side to side. trying to find a comfortable way to sleep. nothing worked. "fuck" i mumbled. my mind wouldn't turn off it just kept spiraling. i didn't even feel tired, yet i wanted to sleep. i sat up and went upstairs fo the kitchen. i got a glass of water and splashed my face with cold water. "hey" someone mumbled. i looked behind me and i see matt. "hey" i mumbled back. "u alright" he asked getting a snack from the fridge. "yeah i'm good" i said. "u sure" he asked. "i just can't sleep" i said. "wakw chris up" he suggested. "i don't wanna bother-"
"trust me it'll be alright" he said. i nodded. "night y/n" he said. "night" i said.

still couldn't sleep. i looked at chris sound asleep. he looked so cute, how could i bother him. i got the guys and poked his shoulder. i poked it again and he mumbled and moved around. "babe" i whispered. no response, "chris" i whispered again. "yeah" he said flipping to look at me. the moonlight shined right on us. "i can't sleep" i said looking down at my hands. "babe u could have told me" he said opening his arms. i cuddled into him, sighing at his warmth. "what's on ur mind" he asked rubbing my back. "a lot" i laughed at myself. "my mind won't shut off" i said. i felt his hands run through my hair, which actually made me feel relaxed. "everything's going to be okay, tomorrow will be chill and all those worries or thoughts can be dealt with tomorrow" he said. i sighed nodding.

"u want a glass of milk or something" he asked. i thought about it for a sec. "i would but i'm to comfortable here" i said. he chuckled and hugged me closer. "thank u chris" i said. "for what" he said softly. "for helping out" i said smiling. "always" he said kissing the top of my head. "goodnight y/n" he said. "goodnight chris" i said.
