we are renting a car right now. colby sam or nate are going to be the main ones driving here. we got a car to fit all of us. we got to the house. there was only three rooms so that meant evvie and nate had to share one. me and colby got the master bedroom. we went to set our stuff down in our rooms. "you got three bedrooms on purpose didn't you?" "yeah i wanted to see if anything happens between them" "you know when the first summer i moved to kansas evvie was the first one i met because she was my neighbor and we just clicked and then one day while my parents were gone. we were swimming together and i went inside to go get popsicles or something and they kissed." colby was shocked "i literally found that out like last year" "damn nate never told me about that" "yeah they probably told no one" we sat on the bed for a little while until nate came in. "nora..guess what they have." "what?" "surf boards." "no way..i haven't surfed in so long." i said sitting up "wanna go try again?" "hell yeah" i got up and grabbed a black bathing suit out of my suitcase. "you can surf?" "yeah every summer in north carolina me and nate would go. it took me a while to learn..wanna come?" "yeah sure" colby grabs swim trunks and changes. we all head out to the water. "the waves are perfect today." i say smiling i go out to the water and sit on the board "so all four of us are just here to sit here?" sam says "i'm taking pictures for nora so i have a purpose" colby says "i'm going to tan" "me too" both of the girls say. i'm over here about to get up on my board. "man this feels amazing." i say getting up and nate does the same. "holy shit i didn't think they actually could." sam says laughing. me and nate are on the water for a little bit longer. colby takes tons of pictures of us. once we are done we go back to shore. "that was amazing" i say putting my board down and sitting next to colby. i look at the pictures he took "damn babe these are good." i say. i send certain ones to me so i could post. we go back up to the house and order food. we are going grocery shopping early tomorrow then going on a boat. i love hawaii and i love all my friends and i especially love my boyfriend. and i guess my brother
