When Sara went home to their condominium, Pulong is already there.
"Oh why ang tagal mo naman sa kameeting mo? How much daw aabot yung damage?" napakunot noo si Sara, ngek Bongbong forgot to tell her how much.
"Ah eh, dipa nasabi eh" she said.
"What? 2 hours kayo nagusap tapos hindi nasabi? aha!! gwapo yang kameet mo no? huli ka!" Pulong was teasing her "ano magkwento ka? Why do I sense na hindi ako magpapanggap na boyfriend mo this time ha? Well matino ba yan? Ano trabaho? Baka babaero yan".
Sara went over to where Pulong was seating and hugged him.
"Eh Pulong ewan ko ba, iba dating nito eh, dipa ako nakakaramdam ng ganito sa mga naka date ko dati. Ewan ko parang ang tagal ko na siyang kilala where in hindi naman".
"Naku mukhang in love na kapatid ko ah" Pulong kiss her head then he let Sara face him.
"I want to meet this guy okay? I want to find out everything about him, only the best dapat sa baby ko"
Sara just smiled at him, but she's wondering how his brother will react if he found out that they are almost the same age.
Naku ano kayang reaction mo Pulong pag nalaman mo na yung tatawag sayo na Kuya pag nagkataon eh ka-age mo...hay assuming ka naman Sara she told herself silently.
Meanwhile in Bongbong's condominium.
He arrived in his unit, smile plastered on his face. Di na ata matanggal ang pagkakangiti nya. Martin noticed how happy he looked.
"Brad baka mahipan ka ng hangin, di na maalis ngiti mo sige ka. Ano mukhang maganda nga yung kameet mo ah. Nasabi mo naba how much damage niya?"
"Oh no, It's okay Martin. I'll take care of the expenses and call Chad tell him I'm coming this Sunday sa ASAP"
"Huh?? Akala ko ba you want off? tapos ngayon naman papasok ka? Daig mo pa babae sa pagpalit ng isip ah".
Bongbong told Martin about Inday Sara, and about her going to ASAP and bringing food. He told Martin about the Cafe Barako.
"Why Cafe Barako?" Martin asked
"Well as per Inday mas matapang na kape kayang ipaglaban" saad ni Bongbong.
"Hmmm" Martin started as if thinking.
"Naku Bong malay mo ikaw yung future kape nya" that made Bongbong smile. Kinilig ang lolo haha.
That night Bongbong can't sleep. Her face keeps flashing on his mind. He remembers her soft eyes and her lips.
"Ahh I wonder how it feels to be kissed by those".
But if there's one thing that has been bothering him is that there's seemed to be a familiarity sa kanilang dalawa as if they are connected in some way.
Well Bongbong can feel the connection, naramdaman nya yun and he is sure that Inday felt it too. He is excited sa dinner nila tomorrow. He will pursue her. Desidido na sya. Iba yung nararamdaman niya kanina para kay Inday.
Sara can't sleep that night too. A lot of things bothering her. Una how will Pulong react if he found out na ka-age niya ang possible First Boyfriend niya.
"hay assuming ka Sara bakit nanliligaw ba?" then the factors like sikat ito, baka marami itong mga ibang dini-date na babae hindi nya ganun kakilala si Bongbong in terms of his history pero, why is it that she felt so connected with him in some way.
"Bahala na Sara, it's just dinner. Besides no need to introduce him to Pulong unless serious na, hahaha assuming ka na talaga Sara" she talks to herself.
"Serious agad agad unang dinner pa lang haha"
Then she went over again to her match box collection. Bongbong's eyes is like Kuya Ferdinand, nasa isip ni Sara. Ewan nya pero bakit hanggang ngayon parang yung childhood feeling niya kay Kuya Ferdinand niya eh dipa nawawala.
"Siguro First love never dies" nasabi nalang niya.
"Pero baka sakali mapalitan ka na nya sa puso ko Kuya Ferdinand" as if talking to him.
Well Sara has been in love with her Kuya Ferdinand, ever since ewan niya pero kahit hindi niya ito nakikita dati at almost 20 years na di niya nakita, binabalik balikan niya yung araw na binigay ni Kuya Ferdinand nya yung match box at yung ibang nararamdaman niya ng i-hug niya ito para magpasalamat.
"Si Bongbong na ba ang papalit sayo sa puso ko Kuya Ferdinand?".
Nobody knows about how she feels for Ferdinand not even Pulong.
She looked at her room, in Pulong's unit. In a week's time lilipat na sya sa 2Fort Victoria, malapit lang din ito sa unit ni Pulong.
Sara is decided na humiwalay na kay Pulong. Naisip din kasi nya na habang kasama siya nito, baka mas lalong hindi na ito mag-girlfriend. Gusto din niya na maging masaya at may makasama ang Kuya niya. At hanggang lagi siya nakadikit dito at lagi rin itong nakatutok sa kanya, hindi nito mapapansin ang sariling buhay pag-ibig. Kaya kahit anong pilit ni Pulong na doon na lang siya mag stay ay kumuha siya ng sarili niyang unit.
Then she took off her polo and looks at herself in the mirror. Only wearing her bra and shorts, she run her finger into her long scar at her right side.
She suddenly feel teary eyed when she remember her days as she compete in car racing and the time that Pulong made her promise not to race again.
She knows she still wants to but she promised not to again. She didn't tell Bongbong about her racing hobby and her almost near death accident. Ewan niya but she thinks she can never share to any other man yung story about that 3 race cars match box kasi it will always be just between her and Ferdinand.
Next Day ---------
Bongbong woke up early. He is feeling light and happy. He is excited sa dinner nila ni Sara.He went on to his usual routine. While he and Martin is inside his spare car he saw some papers.
"Vic what are this?" referring to the papers he saw at the back seat.
"Ah yan ba?, yung details ng mga gagawin sa SUV at yung estimates" sagot nito.
"Oh okay" he just said while checking the papers.
He saw a familiar name on the letter head/receipts. Proprietor: Paulo Duterte "Oh I hope this is Pau".
Bongbong was hoping that the owner is his long time friend whom he hasn't seen in 20 years. He remember the time na paalis na ito at nagbonding sila sa house nito, sila nina Win at Robin.
"Did you see the owner of the shop? How old is he?" tanong ni Bongbong kay Vic.
"Mukhang bata pa naman eh, siguro mga nasa 30 pataas lang, bakit?"
"hmm no, coz I used to have a friend with the same name that I haven't seen in 20 years. When you pick up the SUV I'll go with you".
Meanwhile in Sara's side.
Sara as usual is busy on last minute details. She told her staff na they can have the afternoon off. She's gonna arranged the Cafe for her dinner with Bongbong.
She needs to prepare the food too. And change pa so she asked some of her staff to prepare, cut some ingredients she will use later. It's almost lunch time, she was just resting on the same booth where she and Bongbong sat last night.
"Okay Sara" she started to talk to herself "If he pursues you, if Bongbong pursue you give him a chance. Malay mo sya na papalit kay Ferdinand sa puso mo, besides sabi mo never mo pa ulit naramdaman yung naramdaman mo kagabi sa kanya" she sigh.
Bakit ba kase ganun nalang naramdaman niya kay Ferdinand noon, akala niya crush lang niya kaibigan ng kuya niya, eh 8 years old lang sya nun. Pero kahit nagtagal at nag teenager siya dipa rin niya ito makalimutan. Tuwing nakikipagdate siya hinahanap niya sa ka-date nya yung feeling na naramdaman niya nun kay Ferdinand, pero wala ni isa until last night kay Bongbong.
May iba siyang naramdaman.
