Chapter 21

Thomas' p.o.v

I pulled up outside Amelia's house and watched her walk towards her garden. she seemed to freeze when she reached the door

"Amelia are you okay?"stupid question off course she isn't okay I pulled my keys from the ignition and ran up the steps towards her

"hey Amelia its okay"I pulled her into my chest as she began to sob I gently pressed my lips against her forehead as I pushed her hair out of her face

"shes strong Tom she will pull through this" she looked up and dried her tears

"I'm sure she will! Now lets get you inside its getting cold" I said wrapping my arm around her shoulder and led her inside.

I was waiting down stairs whilst Amelia went and got changed I pulled out my phone to check for any updates "crap its dead" I slipped it back into my pocket I stood there letting my hands glide through my hair as I thought of Dylan being all alone in the hospital

"Thomas are you okay?" I heard a voice coming from behind me

"um yeah im fine, what about you how are you feeling now?"I asked moving closer towards her

"a bit better I guess bu-" she was cut off by her phone I watched as she read the message how the smile appeared on her face

"im guessing that's someone special"

"nah its just Liam checking up on me"she said smiling at the ground

"can I ask whats so special about Liam?" Thomas what are you doing did you seriously just ask that?I questioned myself.

"what do you mean?" I could hear the confusion in her voice

"I mean how does he make you smile like that whats so special about him?"

"Thomas hes just a friend that's checking up on me that's all. you all make me smile"

"but not like that! I haven't seen you smile like that since I first met you."

"there's nothing special about Liam so can we just drop it"I could see she was hiding something but what

"so you have no feelings for him?"

"no why do you think that. cant I just be friends with someone without having feelings for them?"I could hear the anger breaking through in her voice

I don't know Amelia can you?"

Thomas why are you being like this?"she said the tears beginning to fill her eyes I moved closer until I was holding her in my arms "I remember Amelia" I mumbled into the side off her neck.

She looked up rather confused I led her over to the sofa and sat her down

"Thomas what are you talking about?"she questioned she sat there with her legs crossed looking really confused I turned to face away from her

"If you didn't have feelings for him then why did you lie?"I felt her body close to mine
"Thomas what are you on about?"

"do you have feelings for liam?"

"no and anyway whats it to you!"

"because I remember Amelia I remember that night I kissed you!"the frustration broke in my voice as I yelled into my hands

"then why did you lie! you said you didn't remember. why lie tom?"I could hear the anger in her voice.

"because you obviously didn't want it to happen did you!"I said pulling my hands away from my face and gliding them through my hair

"you were drunk Tom and your with Isabel! why are you acting like this!"

"im not with Isabel and I still wanted it to happen! its all I've thought about!"

I turned around to see her stood right behind me I place me hands on her waist and crashed my lips on hers our lips were moving in perfect sync when I felt her pull away

"Tom I cant do this!"

I removed my hands from her waist and walked out into the kitchen well done Thomas fucked things up again. I stood there running my hands through my hair as the anger ran through my body I'm such a fucking idiot.

"you could off let me finish" I heard her voice in the background

"there wasn't much more you could say"

"Thomas! will you just let me finish!"she practically yelled at me. I put my hands up in defense letting her carry on

"I cant do this if its just going to be a one off thing!"hearing those words made me feel really bad I rubbed the back of my neck and looked her in the eyes

"Amelia Dean I promise you that  I am truly falling for you!"

"well I've heard that before!"she giggled

"yeah and I meant it then as well!" I whisper into her lips as they met with mine for the second time that night.

We were once again disturbed by her phone she pulled away and checked her phone she looked up at me with wide eyes

"Amelia whats wrong?"

"shes awake! Tom shes awake!" The excitement flushed through my body as I squashed Amelia into a hug.
"I told you she'd pull through!"she said placing her lips against my cheek
"And once again Amelia Dean was right" I watched as she giggled at my response she was truly adorable and I'm happy to finally say she's mine!

Alana's p.o.v

Hearing his voice made me angry it made me want to fight. I knew it was time. It was time to stand up to him and fight to show him he hasn't won just yet. I managed to open my eyes and let the light scold my pupils but as I spoke my vision began to get blurry and I become really light headed my heart beat dropped dramatically and before I knew it I had faded back into the darkness but this time I didn't think i'd make it I listened as the doctors as they began to operate I just replayed my mothers words in my head over and over again and it obviously worked. I felt my eyelashes flutter as they opened and the light peaked through

"where is he? I need to see him, can I see him?"

"off course you can i'll get him right away!" a small doctor replied

within five minutes Dylan came running through the door

never do that to me again!"he said as he suffocated me into a hug!"

"dyl why did you say that to Scott?"

"say what?"

"you called me your girlfriend?"I looked up to see him looking at me

"well that's if you wants to be?"he said scratching the back of his head

"what?" I said whilst giggling

"Alana will you do the honor of becoming my girlfriend? again!"I just laughed at him as he added the again on the end he sat there nervously waiting for my response

"off course you idiot" I replied whilst carefully pecking him on the cheek

"Lana, I missed you!"

"I missed you too dyl!"
