Jin was taken aback when he saw Jimin accept Taehyung's proposal. He always thought Jimin had feelings for Jungkook, and it was hard to miss the love in his eyes. Jin was even more surprised to see Jungkook smiling at him, but he knew that smile was just a facade because he understood his best friend well.

He walked over to Jungkook, who was heading towards the parking lot. "Kookah," Jin called out, noticing him sitting on the dusty ground near his car, tears streaming down his face. Jin had never seen him like this, not even when Jennie left him. As soon as Jungkook spotted his hyung, he jumped up and rushed over, crying into Jin's chest. "I can't, I- it hurts s-o much, hyung!"

"Shh, stop crying, my baby, my little brother," Jin comforted him. Jungkook shook his head, burying his wet face deeper into Jin's chest.
"No, no, no, I can't! I'm so stupid! How could I let my love go so easily? He is my Jimin, I love him, but he’s happy with Taehyun-g. He’s loved him from the beginning, and I’m just a friend to hi-m."

Jin felt tears welling up in his own eyes. It pained him to see Jungkook like this, but he knew deep down that Jimin didn’t truly love Taehyung. "Kookah, he loves you, baby. Please listen to me, he loves you! I can see it. I don’t know why he accepted Taehyung’s proposal, but I—

"No, he doesn’t love me, and it’s better for him that he doesn’t because I’m a bad person who hurts everyone. I’m not good enough for an angel like Jimin. I don’t deserve him. Taehyung is better for hi-m, and I was the one who told Taehyung to propo-se to him." Jungkook wiped his tears and looked at Jin, who appeared confused. Soon, Jungkook shared everything that had happened years ago, including why Jennie left him.

"I don’t deserve anyone," he said before walking away. Jin wanted to stop him, but Jungkook was already gone. Little did they know, someone was watching them and had heard everything.

"So Jimin is your weakness."

It's been two days now, and Jimin is feeling guilty for accepting Taehyung's proposal. He doesn't love him, and it hurts because he's missing Jungkook, who seems to have forgotten him—at least that's what Jimin thinks. Whenever he sees Jungkook smiling at him while he's with Tae, it feels like a fake smile. It seems like he's not really happy.

"Jimin!" Jimin turned around to see Jin calling him.

"Can we talk?"

Jimin nodded, and they sit down in the park. "Do you really love Taehyung?"

Jimin immediately turned to him, eyes wide. What should he say now?

"Y-"

"Don't lie to me, Jimin, because I know you don't. You and Jungkook are the same." Jimin got confused and shocked, wondering how Jin knew it.

But, What does he mean by saying he and Jungkook are the same?

"I know you love Jungkook. Don't play with Taehyung. Jimin, tell Jungkook how much you love him!" Jin said but Jimin suddenly got up and pushing Jin's hand away.
"No, I don't love Jungkook!"

"You do, Jimin. Accept it. I know you're a pure soul; you can't play with anyone's heart. What you're doing with Taehyung is all wrong." Jimin didn't replied anything. He deep down knew Jin was right. He felt even guilty.

Meanwhile, Jin wanted to tell him the truth but hoped both of them will realize it on their own. He would tell Jimin everything later if this plan doesn't work. "Okay, if you don't love Jungkook, maybe I'm wrong. I thought you loved him. Forget it, I'm sorry."

Jimin nodded, just then Jin thought something. " So, Yuna's back, Jungkook's childhood friend, but she left Seoul when she was little. Jungkook really cares about her. You didn't know her, but she has a crush on him. Last night at the club, she mentioned wanting to be his girlfriend. "
Jin smirked because he noticed Jimin's face go pale and restless.

"  Jungkook never told me abo-ut her, and is it true she likes him? Jin nodded. He felt bad for Jimin and didn't want to lie. It's not entirely a lie.

Yuna actually liked him, but she never said she wanted to be Jungkook's girlfriend. Still, he had to do this; both of them were suffering and too blind to see they loved each other.

"Look, they're coming over," Jin said, as Jungkook and Yuna approached.
When Jimin saw her holding Jungkook's hand, it hurt. "Hi, Jimin," Jungkook said, but Jimin just glared at Yuna, who was looking at Jungkook and Jin, then back at him. "Hey! Jungkook I'm thinking about something.....It's been days since we spent time together, Kookie, right? I know you're busy and I have a boyfriend, but we c—" Jimin started, but glanced at Jungkook, who said he had to take Yuna somewhere. "Where?"

"We have a date tonight," Yuna said Interrupting , holding Jungkook's hand.

Jimin was crying inside. 'A date?' Seriously?

But Jungkook pulled his hand back and looked at Jimin. "Sorry, I didn't introduce you. This is Yuna, my childhood friend, and Yuna, this is my friend Jimin."

Yuna smirked at him,"Nice to meet you, Jimin, but sorry, Jungkookie can't spend time with you right now because it's been years since we hung out, so we thought a date would be nice." Jungkook playfully hit her head and turned to Jimin, who looked jealous.

"She's just being naughty and lying; we're not going on a date. My dad wants to see her, so we have to head home early. Sorry, Jimin, but we will spe—" But Jimin just walked away without saying anything.

Jin and Yuna laughed; their plan was going well, and there was Jungkook, completely clueless about why they were laughing.

"I'm not jealous, ahh."
Jimin tossed his pillow onto the floor and tore into another one. He was feeling really frustrated.

"You pushed your feelings down yourself, so why are you jealous, Jimin?"

His mom then walked into the room, and Jimin instantly hugged her. She knew her son had feelings for Jungkook. "Eoma, I love him!" She gently stroked his hair and encouraged him to share everything with Jungkook.

"But he doesn't love me! If I tell him how I feel, he’ll just leave me. I’m sure he might like Yu-na instead."
His mom playfully tapped his head, and he looked at her with a pout.

She stroke his hair. "I’m not sure if he loves you or not, but from what I saw in his eyes when he came over that night, he cares about you a lot . I also saw love there. You need to tell him, Jimin, and don’t involve Taehyung in this."

Jimin looked at her and nodded. He made up his mind to tell Jungkook everything tomorrow. He couldn’t keep his feelings bottled up any longer, and he definitely didn’t want to lose his Kookie. Plus, he didn’t want to hurt Taehyung any more than he already had.
