"Perfection... that's all what this all started as..." Zethus Byleth giggled as he looked down at himself in a mirror.
"AHAHAHAH! YOU'RE NOT GOING CRAZY BYLETH! YOU ARE PERFECTION! YOU ARE THE DEFINITION OF PERFECTION! YOU ARE AMAZING DON'T EVER LET THOSE FEELINGS GET TO YOUR BRAIN!"
"The scroll is located in the Abbirecea mountains. This is hidden in the cave where the goddess Lopel was said to die. She brought a scroll with her that was the journey. It also described how true perfection truly felt. How to gain it especially.
The book is located in the cathedral Mark. Which is located very northwest near the Icarus Mountains. Those winds are strong and the snow is powerful. It'll take some time to get the book but I'm certain you'll do just fine by getting it. You're amazing at this Byleth. You can get your hands on them both."
Byleth whispered, "Oh my goodness... I never knew... how much I needed these... thank you... so much..."
"It all started with perfection... and now it's nothing but a faded memory now... perfection is that faded memory... POWER IS NOW!!" Zethus Byleth laughed. Rafal and Chrom walked in as Zethus Byleth turned over. Chrom dashed over and hugged Zethus Byleth tightly, Rafal just rolled his eyes.
Zethus Byleth questioned, "Are you doing alright?"
"I'm fine..." Rafal muttered. Zethus Byleth stared at Rafal and slowly tapped him on the shoulder. "What do you want now?"
Zethus Byleth laughed, "I know a sorrowful face when I see one. I get it, you are not a fan of Chrom 'taking over' your place. But I can assure you that Chrom hasn't done that."
"You've technically told me I was going to be replaced if I were to ever betray you..." Rafal muttered. Zethus Byleth walked behind him and cleared his throat. Rafal jumped and looked at him worriedly. "I apologize, my lord, for disregarding you."
Zethus Byleth muttered, "You are excused..." Then he slowly walked away from the area. Rafal took a deep breath as Chrom walked over to him smiling at him.
Chrom sighed, "I guess you're having trouble getting adjusted to me. I don't really find it a problem! My lord and savior, Zethus... he has done so many amazing things!"
"Zethus really hasn't done anything right?! You did all he asked of you and he's being a lazy ass and not even trying to give you any credit..." Rafal groaned.
Chrom giggled, "My lord would want this! I know he would because nobody loves Zethus as much as I DO! I WILL NEVER DISRESPECT MY LORD EVER AGAIN!!" Rafal stared at Chrom in disgust and rolled his eyes.
Rafal mumbled, "You were so much better when you hated the guy. Ugh, if only I could do something about this entire situation-" Suddenly there was a loud crash in the distance.
"Looks like the heroes located our spot, so Rafal! I'm going to ask you to come on over! I have something very important to ask you!" Zethus Byleth ordered. Rafal nodded and walked on over as Chrom watched them in disbelief.
Chrom muttered, "But... I-"
"Don't you worry about a thing Chrom, you're going to do just fine, I just need to use Rafal for the time being," Zethus Byleth sighed. Chrom nodded slowly as he walked off. Rafal walked over in confusion as Byleth smirked at him.
Rafal questioned, "Not to be rude, your honor but what do you need me for? You usually need Chrom for the majority of these things."
"I need to tell you about the plan, Chrom is simply just a spoiled servant, nothing out of the ordinary..." Zethus Byleth giggled. Rafal glared at him but then took a deep breath. No reason to get mad at him... yet...
Rafal questioned, "The plan for what?"
"The heroes have located our location like I said, so we need to do a couple of things in order to spice up their little adventure, if that makes any sense..." Zethus Byleth explained. Rafal slowly nodded as he turned over to the window. "Send out the venomous winged serpents."
Rafal yelled, "Zethus! I don't have any magic of sorts! I cannot send them out!"
"I'LL SEND CHROM WITH YOU AND YOU TELL HIM ABOUT THIS ORDER!!" Zethus Byleth shouted. Rafal stood there staring at him as Zethus Byleth left the room. Rafal looked down at his hands and back up at where Zethus Byleth left.
Rafal questioned, "You told me of this stupid plan and yet... you continue to shove me down? Fine, I'll tell that 'spoiled servant' and then we'll see who's laughing then." Then he walked down the stairs where Chrom was standing there waiting.
"Rafal? What's the issue now?" Chrom questioned.
Rafal explained, "Zethus asked you for an order. Send out the venomous winged serpents, your magic has been enhanced enough for this to be made possible."
"My lord... What a wonderful request! I'll send them out immediately!" Chrom cheered. He walked over to a window and casted a spell. Rafal looked down at himself and couldn't stop thinking about the entire situation.
Rafal muttered, "I can't believe I'm saying this... but I want the heroes to find a way to beat Zethus... I miss the way Byleth was beforehand... he may be a bit bossy but he was... a lot more than just being vindictive."
