I sighed sitting up from my bed.
Imola is canceled
Due to heavy rain and flooding.
My prayers go out to everyone in the Emilia Romagna region. Italy was my home for so many years so this one hits close.
I already donated as much supplies as I could along with money.

I said a prayer before getting up.
I'm back home in Monaco as round 7 is here.
oh how nice it'll be to wake up in my own bed
I washed up before changing into my workout clothes.
I tied my hair up in a ponytail before grabbing my phone and AirPods.
I put them on then headed out to start my morning jog.
After doing 10 laps, I stopped at a cafe to grab an espresso and caprese salad.
yes I'm having coffee and cheese don't judge me
I sat at one of the outdoor tables to get from fresh air.
As I took a sip of my espresso, I spotted Monaco's national monument jogging by.
I chuckled putting the cup down.
"Charles!"
He looked up and smiled taking his AirPods out.
"good morning" he smiled.
"care to join me?"
He nodded entering the cafe. When he reached my table I stood up and we hugged.
"ew your sweaty" I cringed pushing him away.
He rolled his eyes sitting down.
He ordered some breakfast and when it came out we began eating.
"I guess it is true that you can't go anywhere in Monaco without seeing you" I teased taking a bite out of my tomato.
He chuckled.
"what can I say, I'm everywhere" he winked.
I shook my head laughing.
I've had the great pleasure of racing with both Leclerc brothers and if you ask me to chose which one I prefer, I'd have to say-
"so how was your break?" He smiled.
"lovely. I was back in Venice for a little"
"davvero?"
I hummed.
"il tempo è incredibile I swear" I said sipping my espresso.
"mi manca vivere in Italia per Prema, don't you?"
