My teeth gritted as George's words rang through my head as I slipped on my gloves.
"oh no I know that look" Niko said walking over with my helmet.
"she's had that look since yesterday" Xena mumbled to him as she laid out balaclava.
I pulled it on then put on my helmet.
I turnt around and walked over to my car. Mick walked over and stopped me before I climbed in. He flipped up my visor.
"I don't know what's going on with you, but don't do anything stupid. not today and certainly not on this track"
And with that he flipped back down my visor and kissed the top of my helmet.
I sighed climbing in.
It's a sprint weekend so we only have this practice session to get enough information for the guys before qualifying.
"it's going to pour" I said to Giancarlo.
I watched as Max stood off on the side with Christian talking.
"kid come out we're not hitting the track yet" John one of my mechanics said.
I shook my head no.
He sighed walking off.
Just as I was about to ask what tires Ferrari were running on Charles and Carlos, a flash of blue zoomed by.

I watched as one of our guys came back into the garage.

I sighed.
I'm itching to get out there.
Once I spotted Max getting ready I knew it was time.
I flipped down my visor and shifted around as my tires got fitted.
I looked at my mirror and saw Christian put tape over some girls Ferrari hat.
I snickered.

Speaking of Ferrari, one of them just passed by.
"Carlos" Giancarlo said.
"oop lock up" I said as I watched him on my screen.
Lando was next to go out.
