At the end of our lesson, our teacher delivered some exciting news. She announced that we would finally have our long-awaited class trip. Cheers erupted, and the room buzzed with excitement as we eagerly awaited further details.

Our teacher explained that the destination for our trip would be a picturesque coastal town, offering a mix of scenic beauty and cultural experiences. We would have the opportunity to explore historical landmarks, participate in outdoor activities, and even enjoy some free time to go to the beach.

But the most thrilling part of the announcement was yet to come. Our teacher revealed that this class trip would be unique because we would be joined by the class above us. Jay, Sunghoon, and Jake, along with their classmates, would also be part of our adventure! The realization hit me, and a smile stretched across my face.

Jungwon and I shared a glance, our eyes reflecting the excitement and happiness that filled our minds. Spending more time together, not just as classmates but as friends, thrilled me beyond words.

As the teacher further explained the activities planned for the trip, the buzz of excitement intensified. We couldn't wait to explore new places, create lasting memories, and strengthen the friendships that had blossomed within our class.

I glanced at Ni-ki once more, you could see, he was also looking forward to it.

It was as if this class trip had become an opportunity that would bring us even closer together. Our bond had grown stronger over time, and the idea of embarking on this journey together felt like a blessing.

At the end of our lesson, which we spent talking about the trip, our teacher also reminded us to choose who we would want to be in a room with. According to her, there are only four-bed rooms. No matter what, I have to be in one room with Jungwon. Otherwise, I wouldn't make it alive out of there!

As I sat there, seeing my tests with no mistakes, I was relived. To be honest, I did not expect it to turn out this good. But, it seems like my plan had worked effortlessly, and the pieces fell into place just as I had hoped. The ultimate goal wasn't about the good grade itself; it was about capturing Sunoo's attention.

The mischievous side of me reveled in the success of my plan. Sunoo had always been the star student, the one who effortlessly excelled in every subject. I wanted to challenge his perception of me, to show him that there was more to me than meets the eye.

Inside, a small part of me was proud of my achievement. After all, it took a lot of effort to secure that perfect score. But my true satisfaction came from the knowledge that Sunoo would now view me in a different light if he didn't do it before. He would see me as more than just a friend, someone who could match his intelligence.

Sunoo approached me, a mixture of surprise and admiration in his eyes. "Congratulations, Ni-ki. I must say, I didn't expect this at all."

I smiled, feigning modesty as I responded, "Thanks, Sunoo. It was quite a surprise for me, too."

Deep down, I knew that this achievement was just a stepping stone, a means to an end. My plan had worked flawlessly, and now it was time to continue weaving the intricate web of emotions that would ultimately bind Sunoo to me.

But as I looked into Sunoo's eyes, guilt tugged at my conscience. He was a genuine and caring person, someone who deserved honesty and sincerity. The thought of hurting him, even if it was part of my grand scheme, made me question the morality of my actions.

I pushed those doubts aside, reminding myself that love is a complex and unpredictable game. We all make choices and take risks in the pursuit of our desires. I shouldn't care about whether he's hurt at the end or not, am I right?
