"where have you been?"

my mother asked me furiously as I walked through the door.

"I fell asleep"

"Where?"

she asked furrowing her brows, she looked mad, I'd never seen her look mad before, she's always in a good mood no matter what.

"a friends"

her facial expressions turned to concerned

"who's house"

Holy shit, I couldn't tell him that I stayed I fell asleep at Tamyson's, or could I

"Tamyons"

I said testing the waters and looking down at the floor kicking my shoes

"who?"

she shifted angrily and leaned back in the couch chair she was on.

"the guy who I was texting the other night"

I told her, man why did I have to test the waters. Her concerned face got even more concerned on it

"did you use condoms?"

she asked taking her reading glasses

"mom, we didn't have sex"

I yelled back at her

"did you want to?"

"I'm going upstairs"

I said ironing her question. I walked over to my room and shut the door. I went to my bathroom and turned on the bath tub water to hot. I scrolled through my messages until I noticed that someone had used the group chat that Abby made a while back, for the first time in 10 months. Nick had typed into it 'David Green, her abusive biological father'. God digging through her past was just sad, to see all the shit that she went through, and no one even knew she was suffering. I took my clothes off and got into the now warm bathtub and got into it. Warm and nice, I picked up my phone and went to message Tamyson and update him on what had happened all day long finally. We texted a lot until I finally finished my bath. The water was already cold so I decided to wash my hair and get out after a good thirty minute bath.

I wrapped a towel around my dripping body, and went to my living room to look for some clean cloths to wear. I ended up putting on a matching pajama set of black and red pants and long sleeve shirt. I plugged my phone into the charger and looked out the window. A piece of snow fell onto the floor. Looks like it's gonna snow tonight. I sighed as I laid down on my bed and got under the comfort of my blanket, and fell asleep.

"Olora"

my mom said shaking me until I wake up

"what mom, I'm trying to sleep"

I said trying to sound as awake as possible.

"today's the day"

she said with a smile on her face

"get up"

she said as she walked out of my room. Why can't she be a normal mom? I got out of my bed still trying to wake up. I stumbled to my window, they're was like seven inches of snow. I sighed at this sight, I loved snow I most likely get it from my mom. I made my bed and ran downstairs, they're was dusty boxes from the attic everywhere, and my mom was blasting Christmas music. My eyes got widen once I saw this sight,

"Hi honey"

she said looking up at me from and smiling

"help me hon"

she said as she pulled out a piece of our 7 inch white Christmas tree and began to fluff it out.

"okay"
