Layla's POV:
"Wait, so this woman siren-songed our girlfriends to get revenge?" I ask Wednesday, absolutely confused.
She nods her head while still scrolling back and reading the messages. "Yeah, and to make it easier to take Enid away from us." She says.
Holy shit. Wait, so they didn't do it on purpose. They were controlled to, just to make us feel bad.
Only been a day and we got this far.
I'm pretty sure Yoko was discharged from the hospital. I remember seeing nurses walk into the room and talking about her leaving.
"I gotta get Yoko," I said before standing up quickly and walking to the door.
"Shit." I hear as I close the door behind me.
I run down the hall to the other dorms and catch Yoko. "Yoko!" I yell out, gaining her attention and running to her.
She turns and raises an eyebrow. I pull her into a hug and squeeze her tightly. "I'm so sorry, I know everything that happened. I don't want us to take a break." I cry into her shoulder.
Yoko pulls away and looks at me confused. "What?" She asks.
I grab her arm and pull her down the hallway back to my dorm. I burst in through the door, alarming Wednesday in the process.
I almost laugh.
Once Wednesday's eyes land on Yoko, she stands up. "Yoko." She says firmly.
Yoko stares at her, I think she's scared. I grab her hand in attempt to tell her it's okay.
"I'm sorry," Wednesday says before anything happens.
What? Wait... Did Wednesday just apologize??
"You were siren-songed. I'll tell you everything." She continues before Yoko has a chance to speak.
Wednesday walks over to her side with the phone in hand and starts to show her everything and explain it all. Once she is finished, Yoko's reaction is funny as hell.
Me and Wednesday stare at her. I try to hold in my laughter. "What the fuck?" Yoko yells out after a few moments.
I couldn't hold it anymore. I burst out laughing, removing my hand from hers as I fell to the ground.
"I-I'm sorry! It's just your reaction!" I talk between laughs.
I notice Yoko smiling as she reaches a hand out. I grab it and she pulls me upwards into a hug.
"Enid." I hear after a few seconds. Me and Yoko pull away and turn to Wednesday who is not there.
The door closes behind Yoko as we both stare at it. She turns back around and shrugs. I chuckle before pulling her face towards mine.
Wednesday's POV:
I shove the phone in my pocket as I leave the dorm. I need to get back to my dorm as soon as possible to get Enid.
God, I missed her so much even though it hasn't been a day. I wonder what's going on with her.
My feet move quickly down the halls as I arrive at the dorm. I twist the knob, only to find it locked. What the hell?
I rummage through my pockets, trying to find the key. It's not here. Fuck, goddamnit. I think I left it in the dorm. I pack everything I need, even grab the most useless item, the phone. And I absolutely forgot the most important item, the keys.
Fuck.
I bend down and reach for my shoe. My finger glides along the sole, trying to find the indentation. Once I do, I dig my nail in, opening the little compartment.
In the little secret area, lies a paper clip and a small blade. I grab the paper clip and slam close the compartment.
I jiggle the clip into the keyhole. I wiggle it and listen for clicks. I'm the master at picking locks, it's not as hard as you think once you get used to it.
I hear the last click and the lock pop open. Relieved, I turn the knob and walk into the dorm. No Enid? Where the hell is she at?
"Enid?" I call out, looking around the room. I check the bathrooms and everywhere in the dorm. I can't find her.
I ran out of the room and back to Layla's dorm. I enter the room, interrupting a little make-out session they were having. Yoko and Layla look at me, annoyed before they notice I'm panicking.
"What?" Layla asks.
I can't find my words. "Enid's not in the dorm." I stammer.
Yoko scrunches her face and raises an eyebrow. "She was literally in there like two minutes ago." She says before walking out of the dorm.
Layla follows behind her and I'm the last to follow. As we get back to my dorm, Layla and Yoko search around.
Where could she have gone?
Yoko even goes out to look on the balcony. Like she's there. I sit on my bed in my thoughts. What the heck happened?
I notice Layla is no longer in the room either. In fact, she's with Yoko on the balcony, and they're both looking down?
What are they looking at? Curious, I get up myself and step out onto the balcony.
I look over the railing and what I see next makes my heart stop.
