Group 2 POV (Shiina, Akari, Haru)

The central unit had received word that Group 1 were successful in retrieving a member of CHAOS for interrogation. The order given back to everyone in the remaining three groups was surprisingly un-heroic. It was ruthless and cold, merciless even.

"Kill every CHAOS member on sight."

It seems as if Jove was enough. They only went to the USA to capture CHAOS and interrogate one of the high-rankers. It was especially useful as USA's CHAOS was extremely powerful; losing them is a massive loss for the CHAOS organisation in general. Cut back to Group 2, they were now just above Berlin in Germany and ready to begin the mission which was more destructive than previous orders.
"Destroy the German CHAOS."
Shiina, Akari and Haru had the simple yet serious job: to defeat every last member of CHAOS in Germany. Seeing as the source of intel is under their control, they have no need for any others... was the initial prediction.

The Group 2 guys land in Berlin, Germany; ready to snub out any possible CHAOS members. They walk a long while, just observe and looking like tourists to blend in with the crowd. However, so far, there isn't much luck in terms of sniffing out CHAOS members.
"Yo, Haru. You seein' anything?" Shiina asks Haru who is looking around in a different direction.
"Nah... nothin' yet," Haru says, calmly still observing. "But y'never know. Something big may happen."
Akari and Shiina both nod and stay sharp on their lookout.

Suddenly, a man approached. He was surrounded by people who seemed to be in his social circle. He looked no older than 45 years old and wore contact lenses.
The guy looks at them and begins speaking German to them. Upon realising they don't understand him, he abruptly changes and speaks relatively coherent Japanese.
"My mistake. I do not mean any confusion." the guy said them.
Akari, Shiina and Haru all suddenly look at each other in complete confusion.
"How did you know we were Japanese?" Akari asks, with a hint of suspicion in her voice.
"I just happen to be quite knowledgeable," the guy explains, now holding his hand out for someone to shake. "I am called Jurgen. The guys behind me are just some friends of mine. Marco and Albert."

The guys behind Jurgen step forward and make their presence known. The one named Albert was very big in size. He looked like a real heavyweight boxer or something. Not really someone you'd make an enemy of, then again, basically most people are enemy material. The guy named Marco was quite opposite. He wasn't as massive as Albert, but was in alright physicality. Based on his appearance, he wasn't the type to care about things too much. Akari, Haru and Shiina nodded slightly at them.
"First time in Germany?" Jurgen suddenly asks.
"Pretty much," Shiina replies. "You a tour guide or something?"
Jurgen shakes his head. "I do office work," he says.
"How about you? From the looks of things, you seem like teenagers. 15 or 16 at best."

Haru gives him a look of suspicion. "Is that so?" he says. Jurgen doesn't exactly respond to the question and looks around a bit. He then sighs and gives up.
"Well, I may be wrong but it's just my guess." Jurgen says. After that comment,  Jurgen and his lackeys walk away, not ever bothering to look back at them at all.  Or maybe they just didn't care enough. Once the three of them disappeared, Shiina speaks up.
"Oddly suspicious. They're up to something." he says, now scratching his head. At that very moment,  Makoto starts calling them.
"Group 2! How's things goin'?" he says in an almost excited tone.
"Just met some suspicious guys in Berlin, other than that, nothin' else." Haru replies. Makoto thinks for a moment before speaking.
"They're the sneaky types out in Germany, huh? This won't be easy then," Makoto says, before grinning a little. "How bout checking out places that blend in with the rest of town?"

Shiina, Akari and Haru both glance at each other then nod. "Although, where do we start?" Akari asks.
Shiina makes an 'I've got an idea' face before speaking.
"What's here that people wouldn't find conspicuous if it were there? Buildings. Like the tall office ones." Shiina suggests.
"That's a good point. If they are sneaking around in a building somewhere, they could commit their acts of violence and no one would find it weird..." Akari agrees.
"So, what do we do? Shall I burn these places to the ground?" Haru says, with his hand burning with flame power. Shiina sighs and Akari laughs slightly at the remark.
"Chill,  your blaze bro. Just wait for it." Shiina says with a confident smile on his face. "We have to find the right one too. We aren't gonna destroy this whole place."
