"What's taking so long, Yar? You're six hours behind schedule." Narcit growled. This was another one of their communications, or rather, it was just another episode of Narcit barking at Yar for being late with the order.
"Devon was just like you! And look where that got him. How long will it take for you to deliver this batch?" Narcit pressed. Yar continued to pause, and when that happened, Narcit just stared, waiting for the answer. "I'm not sure. We're having trouble locating the brothers. They seem elusive to our security system... and I suppose it doesn't help that one knows the ship's layout."
"So? What you're saying is you're incompetent. I'm beginning to grow tired of this treatment, Yar."
"No need to worry, sir. We have them cornered in the cargo bay. I've already dispatched a team of men to capture them." Yar explained.
"Very well. But the next time I call. You'd better have everything under control over there. The time wears thin, and I must show my superiors something if we intend to capture the station and the remainder of the population."
Before Yar could respond, the call was disconnected.
