"This is going to be hilarious," Dad said.

I put my mask back on and left the building with my family following closely behind.

We finished our mission

We finished our mission.
It was a very simple one, find a guy and kill him, it's the basics. We were giving training to those who were going to join our mafia, and it was very successful.
I've ran multiple background checks on the new recruits and they all seem legit, but we can't always be sure.

Once we arrived home, we all tiptoed upstairs to get changed immediately without Alessia seeing us.
Our clothes were drenched in blood and bits of flesh, so we all took hot showers and got dressed into more decent clothes.

The door clicked downstairs, and we all heard it from our rooms and sprinted down the steps, missing several at a time.

"How did it go?"

"What did the Donna say?"

"Don't tell me the Donna said no!"

"Did you see her face?"

"Who else was at the meeting?"

Were questions that echoed in hushed whispers across the hall.

"Why the heck are you all whispering?" Dad asked.

"Alessia is sleeping," Stefano replied.

A figure stepped out from behind the cover of darkness and tapped him on the shoulder.

"Is she really?" Alessia questioned.

"Yes-wait, HOW THE HECK?!" He yelled.

She laughed and hugged Grandpa, Dad, Alessandro and Vicenzo.

"So Dad, how was your meeting?" She smiled.

"I'll tell you all once we sit down," He said eagerly as we all hurried to the living room.

Once we were all seated he began.

"We came on this high tech panel that took us underground to this secret base, it was amazing! Then we went inside and there were some other people who were probably Spanish and Greek. Eventually the 'business partner' came in," He was careful with his word choice.

Alessia doesn't know about the mafia yet.

"Dad, I'm going to go to bed it's so late at night," She yawned as she hugged everyone and went upstairs to bed.
