Jay was finally out of hospital, and they were all going to the pool, for a daytrip.

"Alright, Ready?" Erin asked.

Lily and Marcus nodded, and ran towards the pool.

"Hey! Wait for us!" Jay called.

Erin and Jay ran towards the pool, grabbing their kids hands.

"You mustn't run off, It's slippery." Erin whispered.

Lily and Marcus giggled, and jumped into the pool.

"Well, their in now?" Erin smirked.

Jay grabbed Erin, and they fell into the pool.

"Asshole!" Erin raged.

Jay giggled, and kissed Erin.

After a few minutes of playing. Lily decided to go towards the deep end.

"Hehe!" Lily giggled.

Soon. Lily tried touching the floor, but lost her footing.

Lily tried getting herself afloat, but she sunk to the bottom.

Back in the normal end. Erin and Jay, no longer saw Lily.

"Where's Lil?" Jay asked.

Erin looked around, and saw no Lily.

"Marcus, have you seen your sister?" Erin wondered.

Marcus shrugged, and continued playing with his splash ball.

"LILY!" Erin yelled.

As Erin turned round. Erin's eyes landed on her daughter.

"JAY!" Erin yelled.

Jay rushed over, and saw Lily.

"God, please no!" Jay whispered.

Erin swam as fast as she could, and grabbed Lily.

Lily was unconscious in Erin's arms, no sounds of breathing, were heard.

"She's not breathing, Jay!" Erin exclaimed.

Erin and Jay got out of the pool, and Erin placed Lily down.

"Sweetie, can you hear me?" Jay asked.

Erin rushed over, and came back with Marcus.

"What wrong with sis?" Marcus babbled.

Erin sniffled, and watched her husband.

"Come on Lily, come back to me." Jay breathed out.

Erin pulled out her phone, and dialled 911.

"This is Detective Erin Lindsay. Badge number. 61317, I need an ambo to East Lower Wacker, and Randolph. My daughter's drowned get me that damn ambo!" Erin ordered.

Jay was continuing to do compressions, while tearing up.

"Come on, Lily, come on." Jay pleaded.

After Awhile. The Ambulance came, and transported Lily to Med.

"Lily-Grace-Halstead. 6. Suspected drowning. Dad was doing CPR, when we got there, CPR was unsuccessful, we gave oxygen, and 2g of paracetamol." Andy explained.

"Trauma 1, let's go!" April ordered.

They wheeled Lily to Trauma, and Jay went to follow.

"Your gonna have to stay here, Sir." Monique replied.

Jay tried pushing through, but Monique held him back.

"Sir! Don't make me call security!" Monique exclaimed.

Overhearing. Will made an appearance, and stopped it.

"Okay, no need to call security, he's my brother, I'll deal with it." Will responded.

Monique left, and Will looked at Jay.

"Jay, Man, what's going on?" Will asked.

Jay tried explaining, but it led to a panic attack.

"Lil, she-." Jay paused.

Jay worked himself up, and struggled to breathe.

"Okay, your having a panic attack, buddy." Will whispered.

"C-Can't...breathe." Jay panted.

Will sat Jay down, and rubbed soothing circles.

"Take nice breaths, Jay, in and out, in and out." Will guided.

Erin sat down, and held Jay's hand.

"Hey, get a bed cleared." Will whispered.

Natalie nodded, and grabbed a free bed.

"We're gonna try, and help your breathing, let's get you to a room." Will suggested.

Jay stood on shaky legs, and walked shakily towards the empty room.

"Let's go, buddy." Erin smiled.

Marcus walked with Erin, holding his stuffed dog.

"You should start breathing better, now." Will smiled.

Jay breathed through the mask, and his levels came down.

"Let me see how Lily's doing." Will responded.

Will left the room, and Erin sat on Jay's bed.

"Lily's gonna be okay, babe." Erin soothed.

Jay took the mask off, and closed his eyes.

Soon. Marcus was asleep on Jay's lap, and Will came back in.

"So, what's the news?" Erin asked.

Will took a breath, and spoke.

"Guys, Lily's in an induced coma, she couldn't breathe on her own, It's touch and go." Will explained.

Erin and Jay felt their whole world crashing around them, were they gonna lose their baby girl?

"Fuck!" Jay cried.

Erin buried her head, in Jay's chest, and broke.

"I'm so sorry, guys." Will looked down.

Jay nodded, and tried holding his tears at bay.

After Awhile. Erin, Jay, and Marcus were in Lily's room.

Jay held Lily in his arms, with Erin leaning on his shoulder, and Marcus sleeping in Erin's arms.
