Jay was in his workout outfit, as he ran down the pier, working out all the stress.

As Jay ran, he saw an out of control car, heading towards the river.

Before the car hit Jay, he quickly moved out of the way.

The car entered the freezing, cold, river, head first.

Jay took a minute, then got his breath back.

"This is Detective Jay Halstead. Badge Number: 51163, I witnessed, an on-view, car accident, heading into the Chicago River, I need Ambos, Squad, and the rescue team." Jay explained.

Jay ran downstairs, and jumped over the gate.

As Jay ran, he stopped, at the railings.

"Come on, come up." Jay breathed out.

The car sunk further down, and reached the bottom.

"Dammit!" Jay whispered.

Jay jumped over the railings, and took a minute.

Then. Jay Jumped into the river, and floated back up.

Jay took a breath, then sunk down.

As Jay swam, the car, was in his sight.

Jay swam towards the car, and held onto the car handle.

There was an unconscious man, and a woman, trying to escape.

Jay tried opening the door handle, and water came flooding out.

The water came rushing out, leaving room, for Jay.

Jay reached in, but the lady, grabbed his wrist.

Jay could feel the lady's nails, dig into his wrist.

Jay done sign language, to show he was coming back.

Jay pulled the man out, and swam back to the top.

After a few minutes. Jay reached the top, and helped the man.

The Man had no pulse, until Jay started doing chest compressions.

The Man was limp, and he had no fight left in him, no matter how hard, Jay tried.

"Come on! Wake up!" Jay pleaded.

Jay gave up, and swam back down.

Jay soon, reached the car, and opened the door.

The car was empty, the lady, was nowhere to be seen.

Jay swam back to the top, and shivered.

"Help!" Jay whispered.

"HELP! PLEASE!" Jay yelled.

Jay was freezing cold, as he yelled.

"Your gonna be okay, It's gonna be okay." Jay breathed quietly.

After 10 Minutes. Jay was in the ambulance, getting transported to Med.

"D-Did you s-save the l-lady?" Jay shivered.

The Medic was listening to the suspect's chest.

"Squad 3 is on it, take the wet clothes off." Spencer explained.

Jay shook his head, and kept shivering.

"W-When I went d-down, t-the lady w-wasn't t-there." Jay explained.

Spencer sighed, and looked up.

"They'll find her, take your jacket off, and wrap the blanket over you." Spencer ordered.
