This is like the episode "The one next to me!" But, In two chapters.

Jay and Erin were in Jay's truck, with Erin giving Jay, a chance to drive.

"Babe, I can't believe you let me drive!!" Jay squealed.

Erin smirked, and patted Jay's arm.

"Don't enjoy it for too long, Jay." Erin giggled.

As Jay drove, his radio went off.

All units in the 21st, and the citywide, mass shooting, at the block of Kedzie, civilians report, offenders wearing, black tracksuits, with helmets." Dispatch responded.

"Another one?" Erin asked.

"Another one." Jay replied.

As Erin grabbed their vests, Jay radioed it in.

"This is 5021 George, hold me and my partner down as plainclothes officers, responding to that mass shooting, we're a block out, be advised to approach with extreme caution." Jay radioed.

Jay sped through the stop signs, and got to the scene, with Erin.

"5021 Lincoln, we're on scene, calls bona-fide, send us some cars." Erin radioed.

As Erin and Jay walked, shots started firing at them.

Erin and Jay went down, and hid behind the car.

"10-1 10-1, Shots fired at the police, we need backup, now!" Jay ordered.

Soon. The shots died down, and a lady screamed for help.

"HELP! PLEASE, MY DAUGHTER!" Rhianna screamed.

Erin and Jay ran straight to the screams ,and crouched down.

"What happened?" Erin asked.

"T-They started shooting, at my Kelsey." Rhianna explained.

Jay rolled Kelsey gently, and saw the massive blood loss.

"OH MY GOD!" Rhianna tried come closer.

Erin held Rhianna back, comforting her.

"Woah! Don't move her, or you could kill her." Jay rushed out.

Jay held Kelsey's hand, squeezing it tight.

"Your gonna be okay, sweetie, your okay." Jay nodded.

Soon. Erin and Jay were speaking to the unit.

"Kelsey Anne, and her mom Rhianna, their on route to Med." Jay explained.

Hank nodded, and looked at Jay.

"Kelsey is only, Lily's age." Jay sighed.

The unit all forgot about how hard this case would hit Jay.

"I know, buddy, I know." Kim smiled sadly.

The unit all got into their cars, and drove to the district.

So, I got a hit on who could be a match, to the prints on Kelsey's body." Kim spoke up.

Kim pinned the picture to the board, and looked at the unit.

"Meet, Jeremy Jones, he-." Kim stopped.

"Jones, I know him." Jay sighed.

Hank looked at Jay, so did Erin.

"Yeah, we were on tour together, he sold me some pills." Jay explained.

Jay got all serious looks from the unit.
